I like this location. Everyone is friendly and I get the customer service I have come to appreciate from the staff. The manager has changed a few times and they always seem to be attentive to my needs. I’m always in and out and rarely have to wait. Conveniently located in Sparks near my home.

I have been a loyal customer to this T-mobile location for the last 3 years. Not only are they more convenient location but the store was always quiet and the employees were always helpful and nice and not too pushy like car salesman. However, after my recent experience with this Disc Drive T-Mobile location, my 5 star rating has changed to a –0 even though that is not an option. That is why I’m giving them a 1 star rating. Since T-Mobile has changed and went to no contracts and adding the jump plan, my whole family has upgraded their plans. All 5 of us! My husband and I started out first and purchased two S4’s followed by my kids all adding I phones. After I looked at my bill I noticed a large $ 150 fee which later to find out it was a migration fee(early upgrade fee) My daughter was not told about it by Jet the salesman or she would not have gone through with the purchase as she was already out of pocket taxes and down payment. After calling T-Mobile they said that if that fee was not on the paperwork that the store would credit my account and not to worry. When I went in the store to talk to Jet, he said in no way would he be willing to credit that. He says he told her about the $ 150 fee but I know he did not. Even the manager(tall bald guy) was not willing to help. He just peeked his head out of the back but let me leave without resolve. I then called T-Mobile and explained to them what had happened and they were very sympathetic and credited my account immediately and proceeded with filing a complaint against Jet at the T-Mobile Disc Drive in Sparks NV. Needless to say, I will never give them my business again! I will drive to another location across town. I’m giving the T-Mobile operator that helped me 5 stars. Jet is a low down dirty car salesman!

They( Unilocal) should really offer a negative rating option. How many stars are in the universe? I’m not sure there’s enough… When my husband was looking to upgrade his phone we went in and unfortunately we’re «assisted» by «Sunny». With the new phone came a new plan, one we we’re assured wouldn’t raise my husband’s monthly bill. My husband confirmed this verbally with«Sunny» THREE times. When his next bill came, roughly $ 25 – 30OVER what it had previously been, we paid it, assuming it was for the activation of the new phone… After another month passed of receiving an inflated bill, we called and asked that our plan be reverted. We were told it was. Next month, another huge bill. When we returned to the store to get some answers we were told by «RAJA» that no one there had helped us, and due to his insistence nearly believed it, until we noticed and mentioned«Sunny’s» business card sitting on his desk… When we started questioning things, we were told our bill was never the price we had originally paid, despite the fact we’ve been paying it for YEARS and have bank statements to prove it! We were accused of taking«our time» on addressing the issue(even though we had sought resolution the second month of receiving a huge bill) and were told that it was«OUR fault for buying a new phone and signing the contract!» VERBATIM!!!(Insert expletives and cursing of their bloodlines here.) We are at fault. We’re at fault for trusting that a customer service representative actually cares about the people he provides the service for… «Sunny» had NO problem walking us through and«explaining»(as only a liar can) what we were signing(a direct deposit into his checking account apparently) and«Raja» had no problem deflecting an obvious wrongdoing. Better yet, when we contacted another branch, one that apparently still values customer service and were helped, SUNNY called and nearly had the gentleman FIRED for helping us! Because of commissions I’m sure…(I wish I were kidding.) After paying what we were told was our«final bill»(less than a month ago) and being grateful to have this fiasco behind us, have in the last 2 weeks, been getting called by t-mobiles COLLECTION agency without EVER having been notified that we even had a remaining BALANCE!!! When we called to ask if it’s their normal procedure to send someone to collections without EVER notifying them that an additional balance exists,(even though they’ve been able to send us inflated bills the last 6 months and clearly have our phone number considering they WERE our CELLPHONEPROVIDER!!!) We were told«I’m not here to speculate.» Of course not… because this is all speculation, and not what has actually occurred.(Insert sarcasm here.) So consumer beware. I would avoid this COMPANY/BRANCH altogether or at the very least the Sunny AND Raja. I have personally watched both BLATANTLY lie to a customer’s face. *This is an VERY abbreviated version of what has been an unbelievable lack of customer service and more and more obviously THEFT!!! We look forward to seeing them in court.

I called to pick up an AC adapter as my other one had run off. They answered right away(more than I can say for the Mae Anne location). A rep Justin took care of me quickly ensuring that they had the item I wanted(he said to make sure I didn’t drive all the way over there for nothing – good thinking). He was friendly and efficient. I drove over there about an hour later. I talked to a guy that made sure Justin came to help me so that Justin could get his commission on the sale(teamwork – I like that too). Justin remembered why I called and quickly went over to where the items were located. He knew, but made sure to look, whether car or AC adapter chargers were cheaper(and knew they were the same). He also gave me a bit of a price break and rang me up quickly, making sure to get me a receipt. All in all, very good experience. If that experience at all typifies what it’s like that store, I might go there instead of the closer Plumb Lane store which had a horrific wait and forgot to put in my product return so I had to make a call to avoid a 60 dollar charge when a bill came. The store is very easy to find on Disc just off of Pyramid Highway, both with a shopping center sign on the south side of Disc and with a large sign on the store front.
