This place is great. Huge selection of beer and good food. Can’t go wrong here. Chicken parmesan was amazing. Great fries and good service

Looking for a cool pub with good grub? Brewski’s Pub located in the Best Western Trail Lodge in Spartas east side is it. Prompt service by the bartender who was also the host and cook. Took our order along with the three others that were in there too, food came out fast and very hot. You need to try the fries if nothing else. Priced right for Sparta. Would recommend Brewski’s to anyone. It is located right at the Hwy. 16 I-​90 Exit for easy off and back on for travelers.

Been here at the hotel two nights now. Nice to have something right downstairs (especially after getting sideways in the car as I came around the corner to the hotel with the roads so bad).
I was only going 3 stars since last night I called down for a steak and shrimp (listed at the hotel check-​in counter) and was told they didn’t have that. I remembered seeing the brisket so ordered that. Picked it up, went to my room and ate my RIBS! They were OK so no point complaining.
Tonight I figured I’d eat at the bar. Had a couple local (very good) beers and a chicken sandwich. The fries were absolutely the best I have ever had except Burney’s in Auburn, CA. The service was excellent and atmosphere nice and calm.
Very nice to not have to drive anywhere and still get good food, beer and service.

Our family stayed in Sparta for a couple of nights, and one night we were too tired to go out… so we had dinner in — at Brewski’s.
The waitress was super friendly, and we ordered up a batch of fried appetizers — cheese curds, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, onion rings and fries. They came with two dips, and we polished it all off in seconds. Yum!
We had two pizzas — one veg and another meaty one, and both were really great!
Super hotel food, nice place with a great staff. The prices were great!
Don’t hesitate to stop here as you’re driving by the Sparta exit!
