I love this place! We ordered 4 pies from here and 4 cannolies. Everything was awesome. Our only little complaint was the apple pie was a tiny bit watery and we weren’t sure if it were suppose to be put in the oven for a little longer. We called to double check and they were so nice about it. They actually refund out card for the pie! They didn’t need to do this and they went out their we to! This place is beyond amazing!

This place is really good! I generally go here for breakfast but their lunch is so delicious. They have amazing coffee and really fresh food. The owner went to school in Paris. I just wish it was open on Sunday. Seating is limited so you might have to wait longer than normal. If you don’t see something on the menu, ask and they will accommodate your diet, no matter how weird. They also have take out and they cater. The waitresses aren’t the best but everything else makes up for it. I love going here.

Had a small luncheon catered from here and it was an amazing experience. The food was incredible. I ordered the wrap tray with a variety of wraps and each one said their wrap was delicious. Had the pasta salad and potato salad both were very good and plentiful. Also had cupcakes and I heard one person say it was the best cupcake they ever had. I had it delivered and they were right on time. They supplied all the paper goods and serving utensils needed. The staff was very helpful and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Café Perriot to anyone looking for catering or just going there for lunch.

Absolutely amazing breakfast and lunch items. Large portions too. I highly recommend the chicken and dill salad served on a croissant. Fabulous!

Man, I wish there was a Café Pierrot in my neck of the woods. I had some time to kill before a hair appointment, and came in for a coffee. Inside, I was immediately greeted with cases on cases of homemade truffles, macaroons and cakes, beautiful fall decorations and the delicious scent of baked goodies. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a box of pumpkin macaroons. Sounds pretty basic but don’t care, pumpkin is my jam. The latte was creamy and frothy and had a strong hint of cinnamon and nutmeg flavors. I’ve never had a pumpkin macaroon before, and I have a feeling that these are going to become a new favorite fall treat. The cream filling was really thick and rich and I could definitely tell that it was homemade. In addition to the coffee/bakery area up front, there is also a large sit down café area in the back with breakfast and lunch options like quiches, salads and sandwiches. Judging by the crowd of people on a Friday at 11, I’m sure that the savory options are just as yum as the sweet. I wish that I was close enough to come back for lunch!

this is a little late, but unfortunately i have to give café pierrot a poor review. They were very nice and the cake tasted great for our wedding last fall, But it was NOTHING like the picture we were shown and the expectations they had set. It was really quite disappointing and there was nothing we could do about it on the day of the wedding. The cake was part of a package with our venue, but we were clear that if our selection cost more than the venue would offer, we would be happy to pay any cost difference. So nice people and good tasting cake, but they really let us down unfortunately.

The staff is excellent. The food is wonderful and the desserts are to die for. I have been to this restaurant so many times, they know me. Yes, they are extremely busy for lunch so if you go during peak time, it will be loud but the reason it’s busy is because it’s a wonderful little place to eat. I like the fact that they change up the menu. I can’t wait for them to bring back the pulled pork tacos… oh my! Or the little pocket things I had. I can’t remember the name of them but we went back three times that week! One of my fave’s is the quiche or their soups, they have many choices. Have you seen the chef’s work station? How do they put out such amazing food in such a little area? They work very hard. I have ordered many cakes from them for special occasions and they are lovely and delicious. My fave to order when I’m eating in is the lemon raspberry cake bar. It is so light, just talking about it now makes me want one. The manager Katie is outstanding and works hard to make sure things are right for you. Great job! We also have regular servers were prefer. You will find them very accommodating when you order out and picking up. My daughter has done this numerous times. Each time I’ve gone in, her food was there exactly how she ordered it and yes… you will have to wait in line if it’s prime time. They are popular. I’m not going to say that every time we came the service was perfect because a few things have been forgotten here and there(by newer severs). But the truth is I’ve been here so much that the majority of times ARE perfect, I can’t blame them for forgetting one cappuccino(actually another waitress brought it to a different table… and they drank it when they didn’t order it!) Be prepared if you go for lunch. They are busy for a reason :)

OMG What is that chai latte? So good! Great place for brunch of breakfast. Good food and friendly service. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars it’s because of the lack of vegetarian options. I’m not vegetarian myself but took my friend there and she is, she had to end up with a boring salad, which was a bit disappointing for me since I had said so many good things about their food :(Maybe they will change it soon :) apart from it, I totally recommend it, we brought some of their bakery bread home and looooved it!

The service was horrible and our waitress was off her«game» if you will. The food was okay but not great. They did not give us a clean table and i sat right next to the open heater and burned my arm. We were stuck right in a corner and it was too stuffy. Wouldn’t reccomend going.

One of our favorite lunch stops whenever we are in Sparta. A nice selection of luncheon soups, sandwiches and other goodies makes it difficult to decide just what to order. No disappointment at Café Pierrot!

Have had wonderful breakfasts and lunches here several times. Love their omelets and perfectly prepared«home fries». Crab cakes are delicious! Croissants are perfect, as are the delectable cakes. My only complaint: cookies look so tempting but have been dry/ordinary more than once. Have decided that in the future, I’ll stick with baked items I’ve sampled, and not give in to how nice something«looks». Am eager to sample their cupcakes!

Have been to Café Pierrot several times now and have not been disappointed. Not only does this café have a bakery with delicious desserts and treats, but the restaurant is amazing. Over the course of my visits I have tried different menu options– must say to try the soups– the soup and ½ sandwich deal is an awesome lunch special. Also– don’t forget to have some yummy hot chocolate to take the meal down!

My dentist and friend had a cancellation so a long lunch was possible. He recommended we go here and I have to say, he knows both dental hygiene and good food. The servers were friendly, professional and efficient — a pleasant surprise considering the casual nature of the place(no offense)! The front room was bathed in sunlight — warm and inviting, despite last weeks’s near single digit temps. We all had soup, I had the seafood bisque(lots of chunks of flavorful fish) and the rest of our party, the tomato Parmesan. I taste tested my wife’s soup and it had lots of flavor. In fact, I’ll probably have that next time. I ordered chicken strips and fries — all cooked well and served hot. My wife had the turkey spinach melt — it had three small salad sides, potato, green and macaroni. All fresh and tasty. Three others in the group had sandwiches and made yummy noises so I’m sure they enjoyed their meals. On the way out, we were tempted by the cases of fresh baked goods. I ordered $ 6 worth of chocolate dipped cookies and ate most of them before we got home. Nice little eatery with fine food, great bakery offerings, free parking and professional service. Recommended.

Absolutely my favorite restaurant, homemade soups are delicious, bakery is fantastic, prices are good and a comfortable atmosphere. Don’t let the outside of this restaurant fool you, it looks like a big house, but once you come in, you’ll see what makes this place so special.

Service was excellent. We had a burger with fries, chicken fingers with fries and chicken caesar wrap. Fries were great, the bacon with burger was too crispy, almost burned but the burger itself was average. The chicken that came with the wrap was a little on the dry side. Chicken fingers were overdone and dry. Whoever was cooking in that kichen that day does not believe in soft food! Despite all this, their chocolate chai latte was delicious! Peanut butter cookie which they had sampled out was also sooo good and I’m not even a fan of peanut foods. Update: My family went back there for hot chocolate and dessert. Both were good but the desserts were nothing to brag about. I guess it being a bakery, I expected better. I’m used to NYC bakery quality and it is very tough to find that locally.

Excellent place all around! Recently stopped in for lunch on a weekend and was impressed by the menu. It was a tough decision but I chose the grilled cheese of the week which was great. Sandwiches come with pasta salad, potato salad and a small green salad. I couldn’t pass up dessert after looking at the bakery section of the café. I had a raspberry chai and sprinkle cookie. Would gladly return.

Tried to order lunch from here. I called in an order and waited the time they said. When I arrived they didn’t have my order in the system and they laughed about how they would need to make it. I just walked would not recommend going here if you are trying to have a quick lunch.

They get it. A great menu, well prepared food and a baker that truly understands the fine European Bakery products. We have had always consistently prepared great meals. Our friends we bring feel the same way. Their sauces are exceptional. One of the few places that truly knows how to make beef bourginonne. Keep it up. Your place reminds me of the great local places, family owned, that were common in the part of Queens where I grew up. Why not a 5 star review? It does not have a liquor license. No problem for me… just not 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and give them a try and try great food at fair prices. an uncommon combination in this state.

An office mate picked up a phenomenal fruit filled coffee cake that we all ate. In seconds it was gone. The cake was so fresh it was still warm by the time it arrived at the office. It was soft, and moist… Not too sweet, not too much cinnamon, and had assorted fruit through out the ring(as in one portion had blueberries, another section had raspberry)… And of course the crumbs were the best part. I cannot wait to go pick up another treat.
