Carl’s Auto Body

I was referred to Carl’s by my mechanic — he said the owner was a good guy who did good work, but was a little expensive. We have been to this shop twice now (two more times than I’d like) and both times were great. The guy who runs the place (not sure if he is the owner) is actually named Carmen I think. Regardless of his name, and who Carl is, they do great work and actually aren’t that expensive — lower than other places when we bid-​out the first job. The second time my wife got into an accident, we didn’t even check around — we went right to Carl’s. Both times they were within or below their estimate. Though I will say the second time took much longer than expected but they were very apologetic and even offered to help with a rental car. Given they are a small business and good people, we opted to make it work without hitting them up for that. Hopefully we won’t need a body shop anytime in the future, but if we do, we will definitely go back there.
