As a local Realtor, it is part of my job to work with real estate attorneys. I had to call Lou’s office today to address something that was misconstrued throughout a long email chain. I got his legal assistant, Chris, on the phone. By far, she is the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. I couldn’t have greeted her any nicer and she launched into an all out tirade. I thought I was on a hidden camera show. When I asked her where this was coming from, she said she had been on the phone dealing with this all day, which confused me. She was upset about doing her job!!! She was incorrect about several facts on the file and wasn’t up to date on the most recent correspondence. Chris was extremely rude and condescending. It blows my mind that the attorneys chose her as someone of such poor character to be their point person. I will NEVER recommend this office to any of my clients, EVER!
