As a customer, you are treated as a person and not as a number. Dean’s covers a huge area and yet still gives you that local business feel. I highly recommend Dean’s compared to calling the 800#. The customer service, cleanliness of the showroom and follow up after the service were all great! Another great thing is that they carry Dish Network and DirecTV so I can easily switch back and forth to save money. I also got internet through Dean’s. I love my TV and internet service!
