Food was good. Service was good. Prices were low.
Coulda been cleaner, but it wasn’t gross. Just an older place.
Casino doesn’t take up half the restaurant. It’s 5 machines on one side (there’s a whole other side where the diners wouldn’t be able to see the machines).

Me and my wife ate here for lunch, her food was good but my steak was terrible. I’ve never had a juicy proper steak with zero flavor. It was just a tragedy. We didn’t notice a bad smell but that might have just been because we were so discusseded by the mini-​casino that took up half the restaurant. The server was nice but very rare. One star for good strong sweet tea and the most amazing biscuit I ever ate. Will not return, or recommend.

The stench of rancid grease was so overpowering we turned and left after entering.
The entire town is woefully lacking a decent place to eat.

I’ve had breakfast there twice and dinner once. Breakfast was very good and dinner was average. Service is kind of slow. Had to wait for drink refills several times. It doesn’t look like the cleanest place in the world. There is a definite odor when you walk in and the floor doesn’t look like it has been cleaned this decade. The odor is probably from the carpet. You may wonder why I’ve been back, since I rated it low. There isn’t a lot of choice for breakfast in Sparta.
