I love supporting small businesses like this, especially when knowledge is important. Yet I have to agree with the previous review — going in here seems like you are just annoying them. I have to assume they do a lot of B2B sales and don’t really need the walk-in customer. I have been in there three times in the past three years and have never felt like they were happy to have my business.

These guys might be knowledgeable, but their service is always lacking. I’ve been I there about 5 times in the past couple of years, most recently this weekend. Each time I feel that my presence just pisses then off. The store seems barely stocked and a little depressing. I’ve seen others basically get the same treatment and have heard them speak to customers on the phone the same way. Parts is parts — they don’t offer something unique. Service needs to be the differentiator and these guys don’t set themselves apart in a good way.
