How do you have so many people working yet the wait in drive thru is always long??? The customer service here sucks the one in Duncan and Boiling Springs is way better. Food quality is poor also. Run by a bunch of kids and managers who hangout with kids. All around this location blows. Save your time and money.

WOW!!! This place was bad. The service wasn’t too bad but the drive thru was backed up. I decided to go to the walk up window. That’s when I realized I should have went somewhere else. They had plenty of staff working… Just not on cleaning. This place was horrible!!! I don’t know how anybody could walk trash, dirt, food wrappers etc. all over the floor and counters. They have a A rating on there health grade but no score(in N.C. They use numbers too) so not sure what level A is but i assume it’s a good grade. I guess it’s been a while since they have been in. I only ordered a drink. I noticed on my way back to my truck the tables where not clean either. By far this is the worse Chick-Fil-a I have visited. I hope the manager reads Unilocal!… So so sad.

We were there at the height of the lunch hour madness — noon– and, predictably, it was packed. What should be noted, is that it is ONLY a drive-thru restaurant, also offering walk-up window service and some outdoor seating. The outdoor seating looked ideal since the area is nicely shaded under trees, but the 6 or so tables were packed, unfortunately. We had been traveling for hours, and were eager to stretch our legs and just get out of the cramped car, but were unable to do that. In fact, we had to find a gas station after we ate just to be able to tinkle!(Yes, I said tinkle) The double lines moved fairly efficiently, with the help of someone stationed outside taking car occupants’ orders. The food was good, as usually is at Chick filA, but every one of our orders of fries was under-filled. Frustrating for the three hungry men in the group(my 18 year old and 16 year old ARE full-fledged men when it comes to eating — trust me!). And, although we were assured they had packed loads of sauce, luckily I checked right away, because it wasn’t there. Other than that, it was all good.

Love this restaurant. This is my favorite place for chicken sandwiches and strips. Keep up the good works. My daughter and I enjoy it. Even the ice cream!

Every time I come here I’m reminded of why I will go to any other chick-fil-a but this one. Literally the only one in the area where poor service is a norm, lack of moving the line is an everyday issue, and where, inevitably, my fries are served cold.(Also look to make sure you have basics like a straw, fork or a complete kids meal. One or more is always missing.)

Every time I’ve tried to go to this restaurant it’s always been a huge cluster of people standing in line or in their cars waiting to be served. It takes less time to drive to the east side of town, because I will not set foot in the mall after I was shot there, and place an order then drive back to the west side of town sit down at my desk and eat my food, than to wait in line here. I know because I’ve timed it. They should have been a proper restaurant built here instead of this nightmare. I would love to meet the idiot that came up with this idea.

This restaurant is not in Landrum. Its a chick fil a. The food is consistent with others, if you like Chick-Fil-A you will like this one but it is NOT in Landrum it is a long, long way away. Don’t know why it shows up here.

What a relief to discover that all the gay-rights problems reported about Chic-Fil-A have been a HUGE misunderstanding! When my boyfriend Andrew and I [Tim] arrived at the Westgate Chic-Fil-A, we were greeted with heartfelt smiles. «Come in!» said our greeter, scattering rose petals on the floor in front of us, «You are welcome here!» «But…what about everything we’ve read in the press?» I asked. «Please! What kind of business would take a customer’s money, pivot on one heel and then fight to deny them basic rights as a human being? That’s absurd!» Andrew and I had to agree, it was an awful business model. We then ordered chicken sandwiches that were hate-free and delicious. But as we finished the last waffle fry, we looked over to see DANCATHY himself walking in the front door! «I hear we have a happy couple in my store!» Mr. Cathy announced. «May I have the unique pleasure of pronouncing you husband and husband???» And Mr. Cathy married us right then and there. When I said«But doesn’t this conflict with the Bible, Mr. Cathy?», he only smiled and said«Well…the Bible also condones slavery and stoning women to death. We’ve already learned, decades ago, that we can choose the most meaningful, relevant sections of the Bible to live by… and leave behind the parts that are racist, misogynist, homophobic… or impossible to follow because they were written 3000 years ago.» With a twinkle in his eye, Dan Cathy concluded, «You may kiss the groom!» Thank you, Chic-Fil-A!
