Image Collision Repair

Phenomenal experience at Image Collision today. I took my car in to get an estimate on some damage to the front panel which prevented the passenger side door from opening. The estimator took the car into the shop for less than 5 minutes and came back with the dent corrected and did not charge me at all. Awesome experience.

Image took an exorbitant amount of time to fix minor issues, they communicated the car was done when it wasn’t… We picked up the car and body panels were still badly out of alignment. i found this, not them. Our car was only 1 month old… And rather than replace a part they were paid for and invoiced, they repaired it – on a new car… When confronted we had to get unpleasantly direct with them to get them to pay the difference or get an actual replacement. Wouldn’t be an issue but they said one thing and billed for another. I presume this was an accident and not intentional?
Also, if you need a rental… Go to enterprise main office… The rep there is rude and image is no help.
Given my experience… And them screwing up the repair on a family classic car… I wouldn’t trust them to detail my skateboard.
I hope your experience is better because I have heard other ‘car people’ sing their praise.

Great repair job performed on my 2013 Ridgeline. I put a nasty scuff on my new truck and took it in. I told the estimator I would very picky when picking it up. He estimated 3 days for the repair, and they called me the next day to say my truck was ready. The work on the repair and paint were excellent. I can’t tell that there was any body or paint work done, even setting it in bright sun. Great job.
