I don’t know why places, especially this one have problems getting simple orders right. I just ordered 3 of the 3 tenders fill up meals– 2 with wedges 1 with mac and cheese. When I get handed my food I had to remind the young lady of my drinks– was supposed to be 2 tea and 1 pepsi. I get 3 tea, so I had to correct her on that. Then I get home to discover 1 of the boxes of three was right. Both had wrong sides, and for some reason one had an extra popcorn chicken order and only 2 wedges. This isn’t rocket science. People need to be more concerned with their job and less about goofing off with coworkers.

Literally, the WORST service at a KFC I’ve ever had. At the drive through we had to place our order twice because they were not paying attention. Then they got our drinks wrong 3 times. Also left our potato wedges(2 orders) out, when called to enquire about this, we were hung up on. Literally would’ve rather paid $ 12 to punch one of them.

Chicken was overcooked, biscuits dry and about the size of a quarter. Service was slow and curt. Female working the cash register was selectively friendly.

Horrible, I walked in and there was no greeting and the only person behind the counter was the assistant manager and she was on her cell phone. I waited right at the register for five minutes, then she got off her phone and came over, so I walked out.
