I came here when I was an adolescent for acne. I came over and over for years using thousands of dollars of worthless products. I asked about accutane, and Dr. Neidenbach told me horror stories of scars and boils and never to touch the stuff.
I struggled with disgusting acne for most of my life, until I was 25 and moved to LA. There, I found a real doctor, who perscribed accutane immediately. My acne went away in no time and now I live a normal life.
Dr. Neidenbach, if you don’t want to fill out the paperwork, or if scope of the problem is out of your reach, tell the patient to go somewhere else. Don’t scare them so they avoid the cure and WASTE 10 YEARS OF LIFE!!!

No communication between front office and clinical staff. Back for a follow up for biopsy results and removal of sutures. Kept waiting almost an hour before I was told that they couldn’t find my chart. When I finally was called to the examination room no one knew why I was there. Not impressed. Oh. and prior to visit, received three automated phone reminders of appointment, so I guess someone knew why I was there…
