Love this place, the food is amazing! Have ate here several times when in the area visiting our daughter, and always impressed. Husband and daughter had the bayside which they devoured. I had the smooth Cajun which was equally as good. The food is fresh, healthy, and just prepared well. Always have had to wait to be seated, but it’s always worth the wait. Highly recommend this restaraunt.

To-go orders beware! 15% gratuity was included on our order without warning, and it was just two entrees that we were picking up to eat at home! Unfortunately we didn’t realize it till we got home, or we would have asked about it. We are usually glad to leave 20% tip for good service when we eat in a restaurant, or if it’s delivered, of course. But if we are not eating in the restaurant, occupying a table and the servers, dirtying dishes and silverware, or requesting delivery, I don’t feel a fixed gratuity should be expected. We love the farmers table and would normally recommend it as one of the better restaurants in Spartanburg, but this small measure of greediness leaves a bad taste in our mouth, therefore docking a couple stars from the rating(they can afford it)

Ahhh I love this place! I don’t love that they’re not open on Saturdays which is pretty much the only day I can go for lunch. But their breakfast is fantastic, I think I’ve tried almost everything once and never been disappointed. The local sources of the food can’t be beat and the quality of the service is typically 5 star. I have had the pleasure of doing lunch a few times and loved that as well. The porch is also wonderful when the weather is nice, and dog friendly, a big plus for me.

I had a gluten free sandwich. Their bread was really dry but the meat and dressing was really good by itself. It was pretty pricy for the gluten free quality.

A great place for brunch and lunch. The bison burger with pimento cheese was to die for. Can’t wait to come back

We had a very nice first experience at the farmer’s table… They were extremely busy when we showed up and the kitchen was a little overwhelmed. They got our two salad orders confused and some of my ingredients were in hers and vice versa. They were very apologetic, although we weren’t upset, and without any hesitation comped our entire meal(even though we were perfectly fine). They appreciated our first time business. The food was tasty. Fresh. Having worked in restaurants for many years, I can fully say even the best kitchens mess up often. Nice to see a front of house that knows how to handle it when it happens.

VERYDELICIOUS. Everything is local here. It screams organic at your face! If you are EVER in town, try this place before you leave. It’ll give you a hind sight that Southerners down here don’t eat just trash and fried food. Pros: Delicious organic goodness Decent prices and will not burn a hole in your pocket Cons: Small parking lot Weird location in a strange looking Plaza Don’t pass on this Restaurant.

First off, I love restaurants that support local farmers and ranchers and willingly post where your food is coming from. A+ right there. I really do appreciate restaurants like this: good tasting, fresh food that is reasonably priced. Grabbed a burger for lunch on my way back to Chicago and was glad I did. The burger was excellent. Always in a rush, the service was prompt and the food came out quick considering it is made to order. Nice homey feel — relaxing environment. Great staff. This place could stay in business forever if it wanted. All around great experience.

I FINALLY found a decent breakfast burrito in Spartanburg! It’s not the best I’ve ever tasted, but it’s the best I’ve found around here!

Only the second 5 Star I have ever given. Amazing selection of unique sandwichs. Shrimp n grits has wonderful bite. Sandwiches are meat filled, and even if fried, are not overly greasy. Plain pancakes are a bit too plain… but who comes to a place like this for plain! Cute location, perfect poarch for breakfast.

Fresh from local farms, the menu is vast and delicious! Their southern dip is a traditional French dip but with pimento cheese making it luscious and divine! The service is fast, friendly and fun!

Super good and so fresh tasting! y husband and I were driving through on the way up north and decided to stop here… So glad we did! Staff was very nice. A little bummed they were out of crab cakes, but I got the Bayside Benedict and it was delish! My husband got a bison burger and it was also really great!

My review will probably not do any justice to how amazing this place has been to my belly! The décor, location, friendly staff, and savory food choices make this place a go to spot for vacationers and locals alike. Heading back home, we decided to try a local restaurant for breakfast and located The Farmers Table on Unilocal. The locals indicated that this was a great place to try and we listened. I would recommend the Redneck Pancakes, Shrimp and Grits(amazingly delicious), an Arnold Palmer(Sweet Tea/Lemonade mix), or any one of the Benedicts. You cannot go wrong at this place. People are so friendly and our server was magnificent. We will be returning on our next trip to the south!

I travel to Spartanburg once a month for work and always try to stop here. Their salads are amazing — toppings like grapefruit, sunflower seeds, craisins, feta and avocado — and their house made vinaigrettes are worth the trip alone. I had one that was roasted red peppers and i could have dipped everything in it. I’ve also tried the black bean burger and it filled me up and was very tasty. I just wish they were open on Saturday!

*eclectic interior *knowledgeable wait staff *well {properly} cooked/prepped *home made breads, desserts, sausages, sauces. Plenty of healthy & vegetarian options. I really like this place & am slowly eating my way through the menu. I try something different every time. Spanish omelet was awesome, including the bacon fat sauted jalapenos {extra} properly folded in to the soft eggs… HATE flat cooked beaten eggs, folded once over veggies, and called an omelet. A little tip. Ask for the HOLYCOW! Also the burgers are really good. Haven’t been let down yet food wise, although I have had a few bumps with service forgetting things I ordered. & a few times things were prepared wrong. All in all a great place. In fact I’m heading there now.
