Owners have consistently failed to provide safe care nor maintain buildings. In the past, staff has volunteered to paint on own time the facilities when owners showed blantant neglect. Buildings are unsafe. Administration promotes hostile work environments in some areas which results in transient staff and low levels of care. This group represents a for profit healthcare group and money is made from blantant neglect of the people who have entrusted their well being with them. Using a slogan of mid west hospitality as a brand is completely fraudulent of the spirit of healthcare workers from the midwest. The Lantis facilities are well known for the lack of care and committment to staff doesn’t exist. How shameful to build a legacy on neglect when people’s lives are at stake. Before you consider this company, please consider other options. These people should be arrested.
