DooDadz is a gem in the heart of downtown Speedway. With more businesses occupying Main Street, DooDadz is a unique and welcome addition. The owners, Tim and Tina, are friendly and helpful, offering to look for specific items by request and letting me know quickly when they have something for me to see. Their inventory changes daily so there’s always something new to see. This really is the cutest little shop in Speedway.

Thrift, antique, and junk stores are my type of place. I mean, my hubby and I have planned vacations based solely for the purpose of Christmas sweater shopping and perusing Value Worlds. I wanted to like this place, honest, but there was nothing there (literally) — not a thing to look at. The store is small, a front room, hallway, and a back room. Most of the products aren’t anything too exciting. Too many pillows and blankets (not a fan of those as resale items), and junk-​like items. It was sort of like shopping at my moms house.
They owners may be friendly, but they need more product in the store to maintain my attention. Not a fan.

Tina’s store recently had a major refresh and items are added often since things are moving quickly. I had a few pieces I ask her to keep an eye out for and in less than a week she had several pieces to look at. How great is that? Let her know if you have an item your searching for. The prices are reasonable, good quality items, and a large, every changing variety to shop from.
The Indy 500 keep her open later than her normal hours with customers purchasing well into the evening. With the Brickyard just a week away I’m sure things will fly off shelves. If you haven’t shopped here before drop by soon. Tina and her husband are wonderful people and a terrific fit for Speedway.
