Once we were there and checked in it wasn’t worth checking out because we did not spend a lot of time there, we were at the park. Next time I’ll go for $ 100 more a room 25 miles away in Bloomington, or plan farther ahead.
Beds were very firm, which some folks like but I don’t. Cigarette burns on the chairs of our non-​smoking room.
Pros: Close to McCormicks Creek State Park, cheap, free WiFi, people were nice enough but the one thing we asked for never happened. Has A/​C. Road noise not noticeable even facing the highway. Does have cable. Rooms do have a small fridge.

Cons: Lobby and halls smell like smoke. Room only cleaned every other day on a 5 day stay, fresh towels only every other day. Visibly dirty sheet from baby food spill not changed by maid, even though she «made» the bed. Baby put down on carpet came up visibly dirtier than she landed. A/​C controls very rough, either on or off.
