Lift WH Beach

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! The management is horrible. The blond woman is so nasty and abrupt for no reason! I will never give this place my money. Stuck up, witch! My husband used my pass the first 10 days I tried it out, and she was sweet as pie to him. HMM?!
I was a member here for less than 4 months and NEVER AGAIN!!! They charge all kinds of fees to your account and then tell you that you owe some mass amount after you let them know you’re letting your membership run out and not renewing, and claim it was from classes and water. (I’ve NEVER had water from there, I bring my own but there are no cameras in this shady place so good luck proving it)
How about telling me up front if I owe anything? In which I know was fraud that I never complained about because I always paid my month and classes in full. Don’t ever give this place your money or CREDIT CARD! They will charge you for things you have no recollection of and then play stupid and be condescending until you don’t even want to argue!
My advice to this «gym» Get better management, don’t act like you’re the only gym in the world and charge an arm and a leg for a mediocre weight room that’s in a basement (oh and the locker rooms are pathetic and have nothing, and those small, blue towels are given out to be used over and over again by every sweaty customer in the joint, people must be too entitled to bring their own sweat rags/​towels, that’s disgusting!)
Stay FAR away from this selfish, fraudulent «business» It’s awful knowing these people make money.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lie and do not respond to email.
Completely a horrible gym with poor management –no regard for customer service!
