If you reading this trying to decide whether or not to try it… Read no more, just head on over. First, it’s exactly the atmosphere you expect from a classic smokehouse. Warm cozy and inviting. Second, and most important is the food, the pulled pork is juicy and tender paired with their wonderful sauce. The brisket is a smoky kinda wonderful. Potato salad is a traditional and delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try the ribs.

Food is very good. I got the Chessesteak which was great, and the baked potato looked very nice. Fries could be a bit more crispy. Over all a very good place and I would come back

Good bbq, i normally get the potatoe. It’s pretty tasty. I also like their sweet tea.

I am a rib snob, and these ribs won me over. Wow. Must try. We will definitely return. Hidden bonus: live music on Friday night!

This is Splendora’s best kept secret. The brisket is perfectly cooked and the sauce should be marketed. I hate writing good reviews because shortly after the business becomes so busy it’s never the same. I feel like Coal’s needs to be shared. Finally a BBQ that lives up to the Texas BBQ reputation. I would like to see them stock better quality beer, but that’s because I don’t drink American brewed beer.
