We have purchased several rooms of furniture here in the past. Recently we were out shopping for a new bedroom set. Naturally, we went here since that’s where we bought our current set. Typically, when you walk into a store like that you are made to feel welcomed and that you matter. This didn’t happen, we even had to go hunt a salesman down to ask questions. Apparently he didn’t want our business gave us the short answer and walked away. Not true in the mattress dept, or the living room furniture dept. sorry guys, won’t be shopping with you again! I should add, he wasn’t with another customer, nor busy doing anything else except talking with another salesman.

I am taking the time to update my review. If I could I would give them zero stars! 6 mos later and we still have not been given the replacement cushions. We bought the couch and love seat for several reasons: 1) made in the USA2) warranty on the cushions. The cushions did not hold their shape before the first year was finished with NORMAL usage. 6 mos ago we asked for replacements and have gotten the biggest run around. Different stories every time. Last phone call said they were definitely ordered. The parts to the sofa or made oversees and the sofa is put together in USA so it is NOTMADEINTHEUSA. So the foam part of the cushions take 3 weeks to arrive and it’s been 6 mos! Today’s call was an offer for some cushions off a couch that a customer didn’t want! Every time it took me calling the manager Kyle, never once did they call me. Every single time I have been cordial and polite even thanking them but after 6 mos of the run around and no calls, I was heated but appropriately so and the manager was argumentative and yet once again said 6 mos was ridiculous! I have given up! I told them I am done and won’t step foot in there store again! **update 1÷24÷16 I am updating this review I won’t change my number of stars until I see more of an outcome. With that being said some attempts are being made to rectify the cushion problem. They brought out new cushions however they are too wide for the sofa we have. There seems to be a problem with the manufacturer in addition to the above problems I mentioned. The frustration I have is when purchasing this couch and probably anything else in life, when you see the word warranty or guarantee there essentially is no way to do that. In our case the cushions and material to our sofa and maybe even the model in general have been discontinued. So this problem is currently ongoing and I will continue to update as it progresses. Right now I see that some attempts are being made and I look forward to a resolution. I will adjust my star in accordance to a resolution. We are now month 7 and soon to start month 8.

I’ve bought my dinning room table and, now, a new sofa and love seat from Furniture Row. Always great service! Employees are super friendly, not pushy in the slightest. Selection is good and prices are reasonable. The check out process took less than ten minutes and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I’ll definitely be back soon!
