Our 1.25 year old GE Café refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling one day. We immediately called Jeffrey’s and had them scheduled to come out the next day. The gentleman was on time, polite, super friendly and within 3 minutes had a good idea what the issue was. He explained to us that GE had issued a «service bulletin“months ago that certain GE refrigerators required a simple software update. He had no question that GE would cover his expenses for the service call and the software needed to fix the problem. He left us feeling optimistic that our very expensive fridge with an annoying software issue was going to be up and running again with no financial burden. We received a call the next day from Jeffrey’s reporting that GE refused to cover the expenses because we were outside of our 1-year warranty by 4 months. The representative advised that we call GE ourselves as GE customers tend to hold more clout and may get an exception. I personally called GE explaining that we are VERY loyal GE customers currently owning more than 7GE appliances. We had to toss hundreds of dollars of food out for a software glitch that we were never made aware of. I explained that it frustrated me that the«service bulletin» was released to repair facilities but not to the consumers and that it was released BEFORE our warranty had expired. GE made it very clear that they were not going to make an exception. So we accepted the fact that we were going to have to pay a couple of hundred dollars to have food in the house again. The good news? Jeffrey’s called us the next day and informed us that on their own, they called GE again on our behalf… without us asking them. Explaining again the issue that we were barely outside of our warranty and that this could have been avoided if we as the consumers were made aware of the required update. GE agreed to pay all expenses for the visit and the software that needed to be mailed and installed by a professional. This was not a HUGE expense that would have set us back greatly, but the fact that a large company like GE did so little to help and that Jeffrey’s went to bat for us over principle was so admirable. We are beyond grateful for this service! Thank you!!!

Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. A bit high priced, but we expected to get what we paid for. The part they installed has not been working right. I will maybe change my review depending on how the issue is resolved.

So this is the contracted appliance repair person for the house I rent. The appointment started well… giving us great advice to improve our dishwasher ability to clean. The second part of the visit was horrible… we have been unable to wash clothes due to the washing machine leaking. As the washer is very close to our bedroom carpet we refuse to cause damage to our rental, so we can’t wash our clothes. The repairman forgot to stock his truck… so he said there was nothing he could do. The worst part is after testing the machine he left a puddle of water for me to clean up. Thanks a lot! Probably have to wait a few more days to reschedule.

Excellent company to deal with. Friendly customer service and their repair people show up on time and ready to tackle the problem. They appear to be quite knowledgeable about a wide array of appliances as well. These guys are heads and shoulders better than the competition around Spokane.

These guys are great. They show up when they say they will, do a great job and are really friendly. A class act all the way. We’ve had terrible luck with other appliance repair shops in town, and we finally found a shop that actually cares about getting the job done right. I highly recommend Jeffery’s Appliance service to anyone in the area, and we will be using them in the future.

Received my grandmother’s old washer and dryer as a gift and they needed a bit of service done. I was recommended Jeffrey’s by my parents and I had a great experience. The friendly technician was available within 1 – 2 days of my call, got the machines in workable condition until the parts were available, and the prices were fair. I’m not sure if there’s anything they could do to make a not-so-fun experience of getting your appliances repaired better.
