Came in to get a new nose hoop for my piercing along with a ¼ inch eyebrow bar because the last one I bought the pearl balls shattered after only two weeks and the girl working told me they didn’t sell ¼ inch barbells but you guys just had them last month so I was confused. Then she helped me put in my nose hoop and totally made it lose it’s round shape AFTER she spent almost 20 minutes putting it in. I’ve had my nose pierced for 9 years. There shouldn’t have been an issue. She was also sighing the whole time. Very unprofessional, it made me feel quite uncomfortable for asking for help.

Clean, professional and great service! I got my nose pierced and they carefully explained everything from what it would feel like to after-care. There were no issues with infection and it healed up beautifully. I went back in a few months later to see about purchasing a different post, one that wasn’t so «deep»; the gal said that she could adjust the one I already had, no problem. She did it perfectly and now it’s so comfortable I’m not even aware of it. Thanks, Silver Safari, for making a somewhat scary choice so easy and safe!

Been here twice, once for tapering and once for a double helix piercing. The first time the counter girl was snippy with me but it was very busy that day and she seemed to be the only one working. The second time was better as far as customer service, and my piercer Amber did a great job. It’s healing beautifully! My only problem was with the pricing. According to their website, a double cartilage piercing with stud is $ 25. I was charged $ 55 plus $ 16 for an extra stud I purchased to go in an existing hole. With tax and tip it came to $ 80. I didn’t complain because I wasn’t looking for a bargain piercing, but a little more explanation on the website price list would be helpful so I can be more prepared next time.(I think what it was is that gun piercings, lobe or cartilage, are $ 25 per set and needle piercings are $ 55 a set. The website is not clear though and do they really pierce cartilage with a gun?!? That doesn’t seem right for a professional shop– they should know better). Overall though it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend going here as long as you make sure you know the prices.

Never coming back. Got a triple daith($ 121) with studs(+$ 15) on a Tuesday when it supposed to be $ 10 off. I had 2 gift certificates worth $ 104 and was charged $ 156. If a triple daith is truly $ 121 which it should be regardless of whether or not a gift certificate is used my subtotal before tax should have been $ 126($ 10 off for coming in on Tuesday). I went back the next day to get this straightened out and was told I was basically wrong and that I was charged for each piercing individually because I had a gift certificate which is completely ridiculous and that they don’t give the $ 10 discount on a triple daith because it’s already so discounted. Where does it say this? No where! It says $ 10 off piercing on Tuesday! As for the actual piercing experience. I wouldn’t even come back for that. I know a triple daith is one of the most painful but the piercer couldn’t have pushed the needle through slower if she tried. First two went fine but the third she did crooked and pierced again, which is still crooked. It should sit flat with a shorter bar but who knows. My ear bled from the first screwed up hole for the rest of the day. It’s not like this is my first piercing either. I’ve had 4 cartilage and one lip in the past. Never had a problem with the piercer pushing the needle through slowly or excessive bleeding. All I wanted was my $ 11 back but that’s too much to ask. Perhaps in the future this business will make it explicitly clear what discounts apply to what and what is excluded.

I got my labret pierced about a month ago here, and the customer service here was excellent! Very sanitary and all my questions were answered with complete knowledge. Unfortunately, my piercing fell out while brushing my teeth, and I went there about 3 hours after it fell out, and it had already started to heal up, so I had to get it re-pierced, which was painful the second time around, but the first time it didn’t hurt. I was only charged for the jewelery the second time, not for them having to re-pierce it. they have an awesome assortment of jewelery as well as pieces of unique art for sale.
