Aire Serv was a bit sloppy in fall 2014 with our furnace and ac install. They had a great quality product at a great price(my husband researched and got quotes from tons of places) but their installation and execution was not five star worthy. Issues with cleanliness and follow through when they removed our old gas tank as well as replacing our duct covers. We brought these issues to their attention and they responded but it was annoying to have to manage them like that. The installation also dragged on and on and I just wanted them to be out of my house by the end. I felt concerned about the quality of the work because of the lack of professionalism from some staff. All in all-it has all worked well except had some major issues with our humidifier being properly connected as well… and I question the installation team on their attention to detail because the issues werent discovered until a year later. All in all, I wouldn’t choose them again if I had to due to general pickiness on my part. I do acknowledge we would have had to spend more because they had a great product at a great price.

It always seems something fails at the worst time. Like a/c in your house on one of the hottest days of the year. And it always seems all the people who can fix the problem are full scheduled until the next day, making it that much worse. Then there is Aire Serv. They told me they were full scheduled but would try to get me on their list if their techs got ahead. An hour later they called back letting me know someone was on the way. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. Then she went through all the things I could do to prevent an issue like this in the future, and also tips on prolonging the life of my a/c unit even more. The knowledge, professionalism, and extra help the tech gave just really impressed me. Hopefully, this never happens again. But if it does I know exactly who to call.

My first experience with an HVAC company, and I will never go anywhere else. Super prompt response time, let us know exactly what was needed, clearly outlined our options in a way that we could understand, got us up and running, and the cost — SO much less than I had expected. They completely took the anxiety out of the process for me, and I feel like I will be treated fairly when we call for a new system estimate.

Outstanding experience with Aire Serv. Had a boiler that was having issues with water coming out of the overflow and not circulating water. Had several companies come out to look at it(3 of the more well know ones) and all of them except Aire Serv wanted to replace the whole unit. The control board would not control the pump and could not be replace because the company that made the boiler no longer makes parts for it as they have done away with the side of there company that does residential boilers. Aire Serv was able to bypass the board and control the pump with hardware they installed. Something no other company offered. On top of that, they came back two times after the fact to fix issues that presented themselves after the fact and didn’t charge me any more labor. All in all the service cost me under $ 1000 where I was getting quotes for a whole new system for 8 – 10 times that.
