Wow — Andy’s our hero! Our car broke down driving from Seattle to Spokane on our way to my mom’s memorial service late on Friday afternoon. AAA called Andy’s after a few others who were closing for the weekend, and he said he «might» be able to get to it Saturday after 3 other jobs in front of ours. We got the car towed there late Friday, and took him the keys Sat. AM. Saturday mid-​afternoon I got a call from Andy that not only did he determine it was definitely the fuel pump, but he was pretty sure he could fix it that day. I’m sure partly due to my circumstances and some compassion on his part, he stayed over 2 hours past closing to make sure our car was fixed! We’ve now arrived back home with no problems, and have a hard working, honest & reliable mechanic to refer our friends & acquaintances to in the future.

Andy has always been honest and professional to me! I have referred friends to him and they have received exceptional service! He doesn’t up-​sale useless services and always does what he says he will! I’ve been a return customer for 3 years and highly recommend him for most all of your auto needs!

We were referred by a friend and were greatly disappointed with our customer service! While the work was done well, we were grossly overcharged and basically yelled at by the owner. We will not be returning and would never recommend this mechanic to anyone!

Although work took longer then expected, my car has been running like a champ since Andy repaired. It came in way under bid, and he threw in a bunch of extras! If you love supporting local business, I would highly recommend this mechanic!
