A little expensive, but not too bad considering it’s fast food. And the customer service isn’t bad either, but nothing to write home about.

This is the best Arby’s we’ve been to in many years. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond. The food is fresh, hot and good quality.

It was one of the rare occasions that my husband and I opted to skip the drive through and go inside to eat. I spotted the new sandwich they are promoting and made a comment that brown sugar bacon sounded interesting. Our cashier, who was friendly and quick, offered to send a sample out with our order. We ordered a couple of roast beef sandwiches off their regular menu. I can’t remember the wait-probably because there wasn’t enough time spent waiting to remember. Our order was correct and as good as we’ve come to expect. What surprised me, besides the addictive taste of the brown sugar bacon, was that we weren’t charged anything for the sample. I know that’s the point of a sample, but fast food restaurants have developed a reputation for charging for extras. Overall, it was the service that grabbed my attention. First, it was the helpful and genuinely friendly gal who took our order and then it was the gentlemen who did a quick walk around, checking on customers. We left with the distinct impression that the staff is happy to see their customers and interested in making sure they are happy with the meal. A memorable fast food experience.

My husband & I decided to come here today since my little brother alerted us to their free shake promotion. I was looking forward to having a French dip sandwich. We stood in line to order for several minutes, & then we hear the cashier tell the lady in front of us that they’re out of roast beef. Really?! Okay, so we figured we’d just order a couple of ham & cheese sandwiches. So, it’s our turn to order, and the cashier tells us they’re out of roast beef… and ham. We order some chicken strips — they’re mostly mediocre bread coating. It’s a good thing we had those free shakes to wash them down with. We get that maybe since there’s a large power outage going on right now, that they might have more customers than usual, but would it have been too much trouble to put a sign on the door listing what you’re out of before your customers wait in line?

Arby’s is usually more expensive than I am willing to pay for fast food. This place is no exception, but I was really craving some roast beef. I have to say, this could be the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to! The bread was so soft and fresh and the meat was great too! Employees were very friendly and the bathroom was clean, too.

I don’t eat fast food usually but I came through because it was what my friend wanted for lunch. They had me wait for a minute for fresh fries, I would rather wait than get soggy ones of course. And the lady working the window was so genuinely nice. It made it a great experience.

It’s Arby’s. It’s Arby’s food. But the employees are what make this place. You don’t just get a «thanks» when you get your food. You get a «Have a great day!» Or «See you next time!» They are crazy nice people here, calling many patrons by name.
