First time I visited to get my eyebrows done. The service was poor. The girl at the counter didn’t really act interested in assisting me and seemed to be bored. Her overall work was pretty good, a little thinner than what I wanted though the shape was nice. My skin was left very red and I wasn’t provided with anything to calm it. (2 out of 5 stars)
Here’s where things go BAD. The second time I was interested in getting a Henna tattoo. I called a day ahead and asked for more information. I was told that no appointments were necessary, and they were open mall hours. I returned the next day with my two friends. The girl at the counter once again seemed bored and uninterested in engaging with us. We were told that ONLY the manager does the henna tattoo’s and she leaves at 5.
I felt this was super rude seeing as a called the previous day and this wasn’t mentioned to me. I left feeling embarrassed as my friends were disappointed.
I will not be back.

Really happy to have found a threading place in Spokane. Prices are on the high side compared to larger cities –i paid 7 and its 15 here. They do have a membership special which is totally worth it. If yoy get your brows done every other week it averages to about 10 a session.
Christine by far is the only person at the booth who I will let do my brows. Shes amazing!

I had never had my eyebrows threaded before today. She did such a fabulous job I wonder why I haven’t done it before. They look wonderful. I will definitely be back. Didn’t wait long and it didn’t take near as long as I’d anticipated and less painful than waxing! I’m hooked! Thanks again!

I thought it would be a bit awkward since they thread your eyebrows at a cart right in the walkway. It wasn’t bad though, and the lady really took her time and did a great job. It’s honestly one of the best I’ve had, and I’ve gotten my brows threaded in LA, Boston, and more. The only reason I gave four instead of five is because of the public location.

I’ve had my brows threaded before in Portland and Seattle so I was looking for a place to get threading done in Spokane. The lady at the kiosk did a fine job. She was pleasant and cleaned my brows up nicely. I’m happy with the results and will come back.

I have had my brows threaded before, just not here in Spokane. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a chair to open, not that bad considering you do not have an appointment.
I have to admit my brows were out of control! The lady that did the threading, was very friendly and attentive. I was happy with the shape, the only thing I would change is to have them trim the longer hairs a little shorter. Not that big of a deal, I just came home and did them myself. When I was paying, she was kind of pushy with the membership plan they offer. I will most likely be back.
