Casual Friday Donuts

Great customer service, answered all my questions! I got the vegan chocolate donut with chocolate frosting it was so delicious. Actually not that I’m thinking about it I’m going up there now to grab one.

Just got back from Casual Friday’s, which is in walking distance from my house :) I bought a double Raspberry Mocha and three donuts, the Maple Bar, Chocolate Ring and Coconut. The donuts are huge and equally delicious and the coffee cut the sweetness of the donuts very nicely, just the way I like. The staff was awesome too… will definitely be back

If anyone knows me well they know that I have the biggest sweet tooth. If they know me even better they realize I have this love hate relationship with donuts. I love them so much but hate them for my addiction to them. I am somewhat a donut snob by all accounts. That being said, I experienced my first taste of these from a convenience store near my home towards the airport when first arriving back in Spokane. What caught my eye first is their size!!! HUGE… all the harder for me to resist. I had their maple bacon bar… and it is so good! I had to figure out where their store was to get more variety. I have been there about 5 times now… in two months… but, if I could get there everyday I would. I have tried many varieties. The filling of the jelly filled doughnuts, so good… not too sweet to take away attention from the light and fluffy dough. My go to doughnut is always a maple bar… but I am trying to venture out and I want to try each any every one of their donuts. I shall succeed on this little challenge of myself. It won’t be hard. I wish they had a location closer to me. Give them a try, they are so good!!!

We picked up 6 donuts before our drive back to Seattle. OMG! The best donuts! Loved the salted caramel, coconut cream was amazing, and the MOAD is phenomenal. Best donuts ever! Will stop in Spokane every time now!

UMaybe I got a bad batch? They seemed undercooked and doughy. The kids didn’t even care for them. Certainly not worth 2 bucks a doughnut. Not getting why everyone is crazy about them…

First time we’ve tried the Donuts and we are all impressed! The dough was great, not to sweet not to dry. We’ll definitely go again!

I just had their donuts for the first time last weekend. And I would put these guys up to any other donut I have had. The had some fun favors and the classics. Try this place out you’ll be happy

I heard about this place and made the drive from Spokane Valley just to taste for myself and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I bought some Coconut Crème, a couple of MOAD’s and an Apple Fritter and they were ALL excellent. I will definitely be going back again! **Sure wish there was one of these in the Valley: o)

I made my dad turn back to this donut shop as soon as my we drove passed it. It was too adorable to resist! The inside was even more so.
I don’t remember the exact donut we ordered, but it was a chocolate bar filled with Boston cream. It was incredible. The dough was fluffy, cream was creamy, and hot chocolate rich (and creamy).
I bet their donuts taste like magic when their freshly baked. Honestly, I stop by Casual Friday Donuts whenever I drive to Spokane. If you haven’t gone here, then you NEED to at least once.

Very well crafted donuts, Great Prices, And Very Attractive Staff members ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would shop again.

I called to see if they had pumpkin donuts because I wasn’t going to head to greenbuff on a rainy day. They were awesome and I called she was so nice to have a box ready for me. It is a really good place and thank you for the great service.

The only thing I would suggest, more staff on Saturday mornings.
It got busy at the counter, drive-​through, phone & back phone call-​in ordering area.

Much better than the dawn of the donut. I was reluctant to try them again as I thought the pervious donut shop in the same location was far below a supermarket day old donut. When I heard that this is under new owners, I went ahead an bought the groupon. The donuts were pretty good and HUGE! A dozen was too much for us as one was very filling. Bavarian crème filled and the salted Carmel were our favorites. Kids like the jelly filled.

Great donuts. Stopped in passing through town. Service was great and with a smile. Totals included sales tax so it was full amounts, like $ 1,$ 3; not $ 2.19.
Donuts were golden brown, soft on the inside and yummy. Had a bacon maple bar and it was great, bacon was not burned and tasted perfect. Good sized donuts too.

Awesome, creative donuts. Super nice people. Tasty coffee. What more do you want? My favs are the Lemon Cake and Salted Caramel.

How on EARTH does this place have so many stars? They have better donuts at Winco, and for a fraction of the cost! $ 2 because you slapped some caramel glaze with salt in it on a regular donut? Are you kidding me? And my maple bacon bar and my hubby’s glazed croissant had RAW dough in it! Yes, that’s EXACTLY what we wanted to eat for breakfast! Yummy! Maybe Casual Fridays is so casual, they’re too lazy to make a decent, affordable donut! Such a disappointment. We won’t be back.

Very good donuts at very good prices.
I’ve probably have had most of their selection by now. Their maple bars are quite good, Oreo donuts, and coconut vanilla iced donuts with custard inside!!! Just some of my favorite fave faves… The donut is well balance between substance and airy bready-​ness.
They have some unique options and they do sports theme or holiday theme donuts too. Prices are fine. Today I got a jelly filled donut and my wife got a maple bar for 4.00… I think. If not it was no more than 5. Their donuts are the size of a baby’s FACE… We really wanted casual Friday donuts. So we paid whatever it was: p

Wonderful aromas!
I don’t often stop into donut shops nowadays because I’ve chosen to follow a gluten free and dairy free diet for health reasons. HOWEVER, an occassional detour is permitted.
Nikki gave me a very welcoming greeting upon entry and graciously answered all my questions. There was a variety of regular donuts, as well as several vegan offerings, all made from scratch, in house. I left with a Vegan Chocolate Donut Ring (made with butter flavored Crisco shortening) and a Classic Glazed Ring, both generously sized! (see photo)! Both were fresh and tender. Cutting into the vegan donut felt firm but was NOT so, in my mouth. It was also a bit sweeter than I like, with the generous chocolate icing, but that’s my personal preference. The raised Classic Glazed donut was wonderfully light! Both were delicious and were shared with a family member at home.
They serve local Thomas Hammer coffee and are easy to find. Look for the big black truck, painted with «Casual Friday Donuts», parked on the northeast corner of Division at Courtland.
This was a happy detour!

Never made it to this donut shop when it was Dawn of the Donut. Finally in the vicinity now that it has changed hands, and names.
I picked up ½ dozen chocolate cake and raspberry specially donuts. Every one of them were very tasty and gave the appropriate sugar buzz. The quality was in line with my favorites at Donut Parade & Donuts to Go.
Will definitely be returning to pick some up for the family and co-​workers.
