Core Pilates provides a very personal movement assessment prior to attending classes or signing up for personal training. I could tell Dana takes her work very seriously and I have been moving with more grace since we met. Before I went she actually picked me out across a room and told me that I was off kilter with my posture. Uh oh! Posture fail! I’m pretty certain attendees of these classes won’t hurt themselves, and only strengthen themselves. Will you be sweating?
