The Medical Office I work for has been in business for over 30 years in Spokane. We have tried different I.T. Support Companies and each has been good at the beginning, but after 6 – 12 months, their service drops. We found Cycrest 3 years ago and they have always been there to support us at every juncture. They have always been friendly, solution oriented, timely and very cost effective. They understand that when we are down or having problems, our Providers can’t see Patients and our whole Office stops. We use Cycrest because they’re consistently great, always asking what they can do to better help us and are just simply great people to work with!

Cycrest has really helped us with our computers. We were using another company and we’re constantly getting errors and the system was really slow. One of the engineers came in and went through our server and all of our workstations. It was a night and day difference in how our computers worked. They are a lot faster and we haven’t had any down time since hiring cycrest. I asked him about automatic updates and he said that they turn them off and then they manage which updates are sent to the machines. Such a relief to have knowledgeable people working on our computers. It’s really nice to not have to worry about technology!

Cycrest is great. Jonathan has really solved a HUGE problem that many of us have had with techy, hard to understand, pass the blame IT companies. His team fixes problems that other IT companies caused. I don’t get the run around from them, they work hard to make sure they have the most updated software and that they provide me with what I need.
I haven’t had any problems with them so far, and I’ve worked with a lot of IT companies. I don’t see myself working with any other IT company as long as I have a business.
