Really fun place, you can order from Thai bamboo, Dids and the Thai lounge all from Dids side. Great choices of food and drinks! Defiantly recommend this place to families and people who are looking to explore Spokane!

We love ordering SHAVEICE in Hawaii, and it was fun to see it in Spokane. We ate lunch there with shave ice for dessert. I would definitely go back for Froyo and shave ice. The interior was so much fun. I loved how the floor looks like sand and how they had seashells, starfish, and other ocean motif engraved into the floor. Surf boards on the ceiling, and beautiful ocean blues, greens, and greys made the transformation from the Inland Northwest to the Pacific Islands effortless.

Dirty establishment, and poor hygiene and food handling. Slow service. Obviously terrible management and training. I cannot say it enough… Skip it!

Service is a bit questionable. No eye contact and no towels in the restroom. When I asked for some they gave me napkins. I told her they were out of towels she said its the batteries. I said they were empty. She said I’ll have to check. The food was cold and didn’t come out together. Pizza came out 15 minutes after my meal. «Trying to figure out how to have food come out at the same time» this is the response I got when I complained.

I would never recommend this establishment to any one. My friend and I order just a slice of pizza and a salad, after twenty minutes of waiting and other people coming in receiving their food before us. We asked where our food was and the lady never turned in the ticket she claimed it was too busy. There was 4 of us total in the restaurant. After she told the staff we needed the food then she came and took our order again because she couldn’t remember. It was a mess and honestly the food wasn’t even worth the headache. Pick somewhere else.

So after dinner last night, my husband surprised the kids and I by taking us out for dessert. We like to try new places, trying to figure out our favorites and tonight we went to Did’s. Seriously, the only bad experience I’ve had in Spokane. We were the only people in there, and it stayed that way the entire time we were there which was about 45 minutes. My husband ordered two shaved ices(watermelon and bubblegum) and a frozen yogurt. The gal asked what flavor, he thought she was talking about he frozen yogurt so he said chocolate. We’ve never been here before. We didn’t know what to expect, we didn’t know it was self serve. So after he put our order in he came and sat down with the kids and I. After a couple of minutes the three of them got up to play arcade games while we were waiting. I sat at the table waiting for our order to be up. Ten minutes goes by, I’m bored now, so I get up and play pac man. A few more minutes goes by and the lady comes up to my husband while he was playing one of the games and asks if he’s going to order anything else. What? So he places our orders, we have waited over twenty minutes at this point for shaved ice(keep in mind that we are the ONLY people in the place), and now the lady is asking if we’re going to be ordering anything else? Made no sense. So then she finally brings out the shaved ice. There were two ordered, watermelon and bubblegum. What we got was one with both watermelon and bubblegum in it and chocolate frozen yogurt in the bottom of the cup. So at this point it looks like she has combined our three orders into one. My husband asked for his frozen yogurt and it was only then that she explained that it is self serve. Worst service I have ever had in Spokane. Completely generic, non friendly, non helpful staff. The place is cool looking, I loved the décor and the games. The yogurt was good and they had lots of toppings. The shaved ice was weird having the flavors blended together on top of chocolate but my kid liked it. I pretty much liked everything about the place, other than the staff. I felt unwelcome, like my family’s presence was just an inconvenience. We won’t be going back.

Kids had fun playing the videos and getting yogurt. Pizza wasn’t all that? We ordered this aweful bubble drink just to try. Maybe we should of gotten a different flavor it might not of for lesser words made me gag. Other people around seemed to be ok with it. All and all something to do a little different. Kids Had fun and thats really all that matters.

Undercooked pizza is the worst… and we got two. Good salad though. I love the ambiance and would come back for the Froyo in a heartbeat. Tikitastic pizza oven and decorations. Fabulous video games. Very clean bathroom.

Came here yesterday with my family. We were all really excited to find such a seemingly cool place. When we walked in I thought it was a weird layout but it surprisingly worked. If I was still in high school or maybe junior high I would have loved to hang out in a place like this. However, my mom, dad, and I all ordered bubble tea and we were soooo unsatisfied. The boba were undercooked(crunchy), the drinks were warm(we ordered the slush version), the boba didn’t taste like it had any syrup on it, and there was waaaaaaaaaaay too much sugar in the drink itself. We all threw our drinks out because they were just seriously disgusting. My grandpa ordered a tea and it ended up being cold tea(they should advertise it as iced tea — not just«tea»). The service was incredibly slow and the servers got our order mixed up with another table twice! Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Their fro yo selection is great! Most of the options are gluten-free, and several are nondairy. They’ve also labeled which toppings are gluten-free, although it would be helpful if they arranged the containers so that toppings with gluten weren’t in between the gf toppings. The atmosphere is also eclectic and interesting. I found it fun and amusing, although some of my friends were a little put off by all of the different elements. Still, if you’re looking for something more exciting than your typical frozen yogurt shop, Did’s is definitely worth checking out!

the service for me has been great. My first dish here was the bbq combo plate. Some of the sauces on the different meats were in my opinion way too sweet. Ive also had the fresh veggie sandwich with chicken added but no sauce of any kind was on it so it was a bit dry but tasty. The pizza I had was good also, plus they give you arcade coupons when you spend different amounts which is awesome. The smoothies are good but I must say, wow are they overpriced smoothies, like 8 dollars for a 24oz, no frikin way man. All in all a cool place though and the boba is tasty.

Wow… came back here again today with my boyfriend, and things have not improved. I’d say they’re worse. My boyfriend got charged double for a sandwich, which then took a loooong time to fix. The food took forever to get to us… my boyfriend got his food, finished it by the time i got mine, and i didn’t get my drink until last. Other people around us were just as frustrated by the wait as we were. At the end of the meal, one of the cooks came out and compensated us all with free bubble teas. I give them kudos for trying to apologize, but jeez. This place is run very poorly and I can’t imagine it staying open for very long under these conditions, which is unfortunate because I do genuinely like the place and the food.

Waited 20+ minutes for a bubble tea. On a lunch break, after having lunch at Thai bamboo. Horribly slow service, unacceptable that other people were getting full on meals before they even realized they had forgotten to make our one bubble tea. Absurd. Won’t be back.

Nice cool Hawaiian surfing atmosphere next to Thai bamboo. Pros: Cool Atmosphere Good selection of Froyo and tons of toppings Decent prices Good pizza Good Hawaiian BBQ(not ad good as Aloha Grill though) Cool newer arcade games Cons: Service is always slow even when not busy(been here many times) Floors dirty Good arcade games but very expensive $ 1 or more just to start.

Can’t believe how slow this place is. The staff don’t seem to care. The place was empty and it took more than 10 minutes to get a shaved ice.

I’m not sure there are any places around seattle that serve a great bubble tea. Lots of selection in terms of flavors but it falls short for smoothie-based bubble tea. gross, I think there was yogurt used for some and some odd mixture which is then called a smoothie. The color of the smoothie definitely throws you off. I ordered a Vanilla with a shot of espresso, avocado and matcha green tea smoothie with boba and boy were they all off. Two drinks tasted salty and the other sour with the yogurt. The only thing good was the boba. It was cooked well and plenty of it. All in all complete disappointment but maybe if you’ve never had bubble tea before it would be ok. Lastly, the time to make it and order, I’m not impatient but wow, 20 mins later… Not worth it.

Food is good but could be better. The crust is a little light for my liking. Also a little light on the veggies(onions and jalapenos). Employees are super nice.

Went there to try out their bubble drinks, & I liked it. I got a honeydew bubble drink with boba(tapioca). At first I didn’t know how to order, but I ordered it by icey honeydew bubble drink with regular boba. It took a while for the lady to make it but it was okay. The drink itself was not bad either. It wasn’t what I expected. But it topped every boba place I tried. I think it would of been best if it had more flavor. It was missing just a little more flavor. Also wanted to try their Hawaiian plates since I’m from Hawaii but will try next time. Best place to get boba so far in Spokane!
