I have never experienced such rude customer service. Being new to the area, I was just trying to find a way to mail some envelopes, and the employee was talking to me in the rudest tone like I was wrong for coming to a FedEx to MAIL things. Work on your customer service and on being friendly! I definitely won’t be coming back to this facility.

I was trying to ship a last-​minute project. Called this location and they said cutoff for ground service was 6pm and as long as i got there before then, they would ship it that day. When i arrived 7 minutes before cutoff time, the driver was still parked. I walked into the office and was told that they would not accept my package because it was too much of a hassle to add it into the system right before cutoff. WTF? I drove 20 minutes here after being told that anytime before 6pm was fine and now i missed my deadline… Will tell everyone NOT TO USE FEDEX!

This establishment has phased out any type of customer service it had. I requested a staff member (old lady w Orange hair) to send a fax for me. She rudely in her monotone voice said, FAX MACHINES ARE OVER THERE, YOU NEED A CARD. As she pointed in a general direction. No smile how can I help you or anything. There is another woman there short heavy set dark hair that is equally as rude. These two women have no business working with the public as they act as if its a burden to help anyone. They are a disservice to this establishment. I will not refer anyone to this FedEx.

The most friendly staff I have ever seen in any delivery store. I think they are faster and better than USPS, and UPS. They know what they are talking about and they have great customer service!
