Great experience, took three visits with no pressure to walk out in a new CX5. Recommend talking to Russell Blough.

My dad always told me to take my cars to the dealer for scheduled maintenance and other repairs, and I always do. Since I moved to Pullman two years ago, that became a little more difficult than living in San Jose, California where I had Mazda dealerships all around me – the closest Mazda dealer to Pullman is this one, 72 miles away in Spokane. But no matter — they’re worth the drive. They’re very quick, thorough, and honest. The waiting-around amenities are good — the lounge is well-appointed(I could take a nap in the big chairs) and there’s wired(but not wireless) internet with two desks available for use. There’s also free coffee, and it’s pretty darn good too. I think the best thing about Foothills was yesterday when I asked them«is there any reason I can’t get another 80K miles out of this car?» and, with a salesman standing right there and notices about deals and specials plastered all over the place, they said«nope, no reason. you’re good to go.»

I had the most amazing experience here. I’ll definitely return and would recommend it to anyone looking for honest, top-notch customer service. It didn’t hurt(ladies) that I went in to this dealership armed with knowledge(ie. educated myself on markup so I’d know how to negotiate for the best possible deal). I used Mazda’s Website to build the car I wanted and to locate the vin number of a car that fit the criteria, then called up Foothills to secure it for me. They flew someone over to Seattle(to University Mazda) to drive the car back to me and only charged me $ 250(… or was it $ 125), half the normal rate. The salesman made very little from the transaction, but hey… I did most the work, so it seemed fair. I strongly recommend the auto dealership.
