I have used Heaven’s Best twice now, and Steve is going to be the only guy I trust for the life of this house! He is forthright, honest, and brings a great combination of personable and professional to your home. I have berber carpet in some rooms, and pile in others. Both look wonderful when he is done, and I love how quickly you can get back into using the rooms when he is done. He also cleaned two big chairs for me, and they looked brand new afterward I had him put down a water repellent after seeing what a Kleenex could hold with the spray on it ! I highly recommend him —

My in-​laws swear by Heavens Best. So when my toddler peed a bucketload on my couch we called them first. He came out the same day in really bad, snowy conditions. I was really impressed because he was HONEST and told me that once it’s in the foam he can’t do much. It would have been easy for him to go through the motions, take my money, spray something to cover up the smell and still leave me with the problem still. I’ll use them again simply because he was trustworthy.
