Today was Monday, cold & damp. The 3 NOs for locking your keys in the car. I called at least 4 local Lock & key including 1 automobile lockout assistant companies leaving desperate attempts for help. With even a location: MANITO PARK ENTRANCE OFF GRAND BLVD… In the am parking lot right there by the entrance along w a complete description of our explorer year, color and my cell number. 2 Hours later no response. YOU ALL KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
Then I decided to call INLAND TOWING. The very polite dispatcher assured me someone would call me right back… AND HE DID. BILL CALLED & promised he would be there in 15 – 20 minutes. He arrived in 15 minutes took 3 minutes to get in without a scratch … WE TIPPED HIM ten bucks! WE LOVE YOU BILL! You were honest, ethical & SUPER NICE! What a great business combination!
