I’m a fan of the chipotle cheesesteak sub. not so much the regular subs as the meats are just pressed«chub meat», tasting similar to other chain sandwiches. Service is pretty good, friendly cashiers. Overall better than subway or Jimmy John’s, but not something I’d eat for dinner.

Best experience ever. I messed up on my order from the hidden menu. Got the 98 instead of the 99. Asked an employee, Jordan, about it and he told me the 98 was chicken not beef. I told him no problem, I know for future orders and he still insisted on taking care of it. On top of that, my daughter got a free meal and cookie for kids eat free Sunday.

Whatever these employees do here, need to apply the skills to the division location and hopefully it can keep the reputation. The south hill location, the best, hands down. Consistent, welcoming and a clean restaurant.

As far as chain restaurants go this place makes a way better sandwich then subway, quiznos, jimmy johns, and blimpies. It is well worth driving past all these other places to go here instead.

Great sandwiches and ingredients! This place is on our list for coming back. We love how friendly the staff is. I would definitely pick this sandwhich joint over Subway, Jimmy johns ect. We will be back and I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s. Try the #97 it’s on their«secret menu» :)

Jersey Mikes makes a pretty darn good sandwich. I usually go for a cheese steak style and they have been great. The beef has nice flavor, the bread is fresh, and service has always been friendly. If you are planning on feeding a crowd buy the giant. They are huge, could easily feed 4. They also have two special hams, one with black pepper, the other with red pepper. I prefer either over the baked ham they offer.

So after repeatedly getting coupons«Buy one sub get one free» to our mailbox we finally decided to give this place a try. I discovered you can order online from here as well though I decided to just stop in. The customer service was great from the beginning, there was a little bit of a wait with only one person in front of me before I was served but the employee made sure to make connection with me and let me know everything he does doing. I would say the making of the sandwiches took a little longer then most sandwich shop but both that were ordered were warm so it’s understandable. The sandwiches were great(and made correctly) and still hot when I got home. We will definitely be placing more orders here.

My favorite sub in spokane. I always get the number 8 without mayo. No matter where the jersey mikes is, they all taste the bomb! Always fresh and friendly people. You will be back for more!

These are some good subs! Fresh cut meat and cheese. I haven’t been eating Subs lately due to how everything is pre cut at a lot of sub places. These guys do it right or should I say mikes way. Had 4 or 5 of there subs so far and haven’t been let down yet. Only down side is not many tables. If you go there for lunch you might find one you might not. But subs are great and welcome to Spokane jersey mikes

this place popped up in my neighborhood and i was really excited based on the reviews in other cities. the first time i tried it was for a promotion for my sons school where they gave free subs with a donation to the school. that was really awesome of them and gave me a chance to try them out for less money. i got the cold sub, something with a bunch of hams i had never heard of. to me they kind of all just tasted like ham. i wasnt a fan of mikes way because of all the dried herbs so i wont do that again. it was good but it wasnt that special, and the bread was really crumbly and messy so it was kind of a pain to eat. i was hoping those funny counding ham were more like cappocola and prosciutto but they were just three kinds of ham. still, it was a decent lunch. the second time i tried it was the original cheesesteak. that i loved. i thought i didnt like cheese steak because i dont like bruchis but this place it was pretty good! warm and gooey and meaty but not greasy and good flavor. i actually found myself craving one tonight so we went the third time. this time i went for the cheese steak and got tempted by the rueben. the reuben is very good. it would make THE best lunch. needs a tiny bit more saurkraut but thats personal taste and i will ask next time. my overall recommendation is go. its a good place. get the hot subs that is where they shine. try the reuben if you are a fan. let it steam in the bag for a minute it makes the bread less crumbly. avoid the dried herbs unless you like that sort of thing. dont expect the weird ham names to mean much more than ham. end of review.

This is a brand new sub sandwich shop on South Hill. I am familiar with Jersey Mike’s because I used to eat at the one in Tempe, AZ. I tried this one and it was just as tasty as I had hoped. They load up on the meats, and they don’t skimp on the portions. They are very friendly and service oriented. Best of all, their sandwiches are amazing! The bread is always fresh, the ingredients are high quality and they have a great selection of toppings to choose from. For the best meal, tell them to fix your sandwich«Mike’s Way» and you’ll not be disappointed. I have been there four times in the last two weeks, which should say a whole lot!

I really like Jersey Mike’s. Each sandwich made to order with fresh ingredients. They cut the meat and cheese right in front of you. Great bread… which is key to me for a sub sandwich. Nice crew. Reminds me of the old Hoagie Hut that was across the street from the old Coliseum for you people old enough to remember it. I will most definitely go back.

Love Jersey Mike’s. This is a new place on the West coast, but something I’m really familiar with from my years living East. When the sign went up for the Regal location my entire family started planning our first trip for a taste of their awesome bread, fresh cut meats, and of course the vinegar and oil dressing. This reviews prior I think are influenced by the lines and inventory challenges of a new store opening. They did a great marketing campaign giving out tons of free subs as a fund raiser for local schools. The first week was packed. I believe it will all balance out soon and I look forward to many visits.

The food is good. What’s annoying, however, is when you wait in line for 20 minutes only to find out when placing your order that the place is out of a prominent menu item. We would have appreciated if there was a sign notating a shortage in order to help us decide. While I’ll come back, my fiancée said that she won’t because of that reason. She felt rushed when ordering and was heartbroken when she was told they didn’t have the item in stock after a very long wait.
