Ordered a 10 piece family meal, extra crispy chicken with two sides of potatoes and gravy. One piece of my chicken was mostly a serious chunk of fried batter that I couldn’t even eat, but otherwise it was really good! I usually am not a huge fan of KFC anymore so we rarely get it, but this time it pleasantly surprised me. Chicken didn’t taste like it was old, it was actually extra crispy, and their potatoes… Well I could eat those any day. Those never let me down. The girl working at the window was super nice too. All and all just a good experience! Oh and their free half gallon of lemonade was amazing too.

I had never eaten KFC before, and had a craving for fried chicken one night. I stopped by this KFC drive thru and ordered the classic fried chicken and a side of cole slaw. When I got home about 5 minutes later, I was absolutely shocked to find that the chicken breading was soggy — like it had been fried much earlier and left sitting under hot lights or in a container too long, and the chicken itself was dried out. On top of that — get ready for the gross part — when I peeled the soggy skin off to try and salvage the chicken inside for my dinner, I saw a place where the chicken hadn’t been«plucked» properly. Now, I am a sometimes-vegetarian who doesn’t eat meat about 80% of the time, I enjoy meat every now and again. I must say, the experience with this chicken was enough to ALMOST turn me towards full-fledged vegetarianism. This meal was over $ 9 too! The cole slaw was excellent, however. I took the KFC survey on the receipt and at the end, expressed my displeasure with my meal. I did not get a response even though I did tick the«would you like us to contact you about your experience» button. So, I did what gets any company’s attention and I posted about it on their Facebook page. I got a response in under an hour! I was given a specific email address and asked to email them about my experience. I did, and was then told that the local KFC would give me a call. When the manager did call a few days later, I was out — so I called back when I got home. I was told the manager was too busy to come to the phone, so I left a message. I never did get a followup call, so I called again — to which I was asked what it was in regards to, and when I told them, I was again told the manager was too busy to come to the phone. By that point, I had spent way too much time and effort getting any response from KFC, so I left it alone. I believe that good customer service reduces the effort that the customer has to make in order to be satisfied. I have done 100% of the work, and KFC has done nothing. Now I am doing what any disgruntled customer would do — writing a negative review on Unilocal!I do not recommend this restaurant — both due to the quality of the food, the price, and the horrible customer service.

Sorry guys but your hot wing are not hot or wings. They are just little drumsticks that are fried. Very disappointed. Also there was no sauce on them. Come on man!!!
