The food was okay but the service was horrible. Our server was rude, took a long time to take our order and did not return to ask if we needed anything after delivery our food.

Were visiting in Spokane, and went to the Longhorn three times! Once for dinner, once for the Father’s Day Buffet, and then for breakfast before we left. We really enjoyed it. The food was good, the servers were excellent, and it’s just a fun place!

This place has a good barbecue buffet Me and my husband came here for lunch. Nice ambience. They have a barbecue buffet that was delicious. Affordable price. My husband was in love with the master taters and gravy he had to go back for second serving. I really like the corn and the ribs. Definitely worth the stop, this is a place to relax between working. The waitress was very friendly. The whole staff seems to have a team attitude about them. We didn’t try them that we saw some delicious looking burgers brought out.

First time here. Was Leary about trying because of all the negative reviews over time. We ordered the tower of onion rings and they were nicely crisp, not greasy and light flavor. We shared the cowboy platter and it was so much did we will have leftovers for two more meals! Meats were fine; not the best, but far from the worst. Great service too. We’ll be back.

I grew up eating Longhorn but not that frequently and didn’t know much about barbecue. Relative to other BBQ around the country, this may not be four stars but the reality is that it’s still good barbecue, friendly service, and good value. The turkey has great flavor, the ham has a good smokey taste but can be a little dry, and the ribs are tender and tasty.

Was pretty terrible. Ordered the prime rib because it was Friday night special thought it would be good it came out cold and not cooked to order. Not only my husbands plate but half of mine and my daughters plate was cold as well. My son got a cheeseburger which was ok but the fries were just freezer to fryer and pretty sad for as much as they charge. Also the potato salad is out of the tub salad I k ow this because it tastes like the salad I buy at the store and I watched one of the servers filling the bar out of plastic tubs. So back to the Cold prime rib, we sent it back and I’m pretty sure they just microwaved it and flipped it over because, yes it was warmer, but also tough and way overcooked. They took his meal off the bill. And it still came up to $ 60 for three plates. Not worth $ 20 a plate!!! I will say this, the waitress was nice and really apologetic, as was the manager who came out to apologize. As nice as they were though it didn’t make up for the terrible food and extremely long wait. Was beyond disappointed, we’ve been to other Long horns and this one didn’t even come close. Only reason I have one star was because of the waitress and manager being nice.

Had a wonderful experience going out for my wife’s birthday here. Between the rib eye, baby back ribs, and onion rings app I think we ordered some of the better menu items. All the food was perfectly cooked and the staff was very friendly and fun to talk to.

Its sad how far down this place has gone. We picked up a couple of BBQ beef sandwiches to go. When we opened them at home they looked terrible. The meat was Shine-ola black. It looked like they had taken all of the charred pieces from the days smoking and used them to make the sandwiches. The sandwiches tasted as bad as they looked. Not not good; BAAAAAAAAD, inedible. If the owners of this place wonder why a restaurant that once had half hour + waits to get in is now almost always empty, look no further than the food. In fairness, the Valley location(where we usually go) is generally pretty good.

Barbecue isn’t necessarily my favorite food but I do love coming here! I took my wife and 3 kids and we were all impressed. For a family of our size we ordered the«Wagonmaster», which is basically 6 different types of meats, garlic bread, baked beans, potato salad and slaw. For about $ 55, that stuffed us for dinner and provided enough for a full size lunch the next day — for the whole family. The quality of the food was very good also. The service from the staff was just great. It’s a rare thing to put together great food, quantity, quality and service at an affordable price, so this place definitely gets high marks from me. I’ve seen a review talking about the waitresses looking like they came from a construction site… well it’s a family /country style restaurant so the flannel shirts do fit the bill.

Very dated and dingy facility. Greeter and waiters looked and were dressed as they just came in off a construction site. Only place around so we decided to try it. Big mistake. Menu is rather unimaginative. They advertise as «Texas Style BBQ». If they tried serving these offerings in Texas, they would be escorted across the state line by a Ranger. We had had the two meat combo with salad bar. Salad bar was a poor selection of institutional greens, packaged broccoli, canned beans, heavy mayoed macaroni salad, and a potato salad i am still burping. Soup had good flavor but was luke warm from the kettle. Soup spoon can was empty. When i asked for one they brought one to me that looked like they had just rinsed off. The meat came, and it too was luke wsrm. And, floating in a sickening sweet excuse for BBQ sauce. The plate was garnished with a white bread garlic roll doused with butter, Of the four meats we sampled, only the ribs were tolerable. Neither of us finished the beef, sausage or brisket. This was a $ 5.95 dump offering that they valued at over $ 20.00. If you are in the neighborhood and hungry, keep driving.

I had the buffett and it was ok but not great. Everything seemed to be under the lamp for a while but when you are hungry you will eat anything. Mac & cheese was bland, bbq sauces ok, ribs carried a lot of fat, the green beans where good, and the sausage was too chewy for me. Towards the end i noticed a dirty utensil on the floor below my feet and at the end of the row was a gal eating along with her dog at her lap. I just felt sick and wanted to leave. will not be eating here again. A good postive, the staff was nice & quick.

There is only one thing I order from BBQ restaurants, that is brisket. We were driving back from Airway when we decided to pick up from here and since we had the brisket at the other location in the valley on Argonne and it was good, we figured it would be good here as well. Unfortunately, we were wrong in that assumption! The brisket at this location is cooked poorly! it seems like they are cooking it at too high a temp and too fast. The fat did not render and the meat was grey and overcooked! Will not be back!

I like to eat BBQ during my travels. Saw this place in the middle of nowhere near my hotel. Thought I’d try it out. Got there around 7pm and the parking lot was packed. Good sign. I had the two meet combo. Overall, not great but definitely good. Salad: Just a plain salad. Absolutely nothing spectacular. Not that great. Pulled Pork: wooo this was the highlight. Excellent pulled pork. Sauce seemed to be a generic off the shelf sauce, very sweet, but it was good. The pulled pork was VERYGOOD. Ribs: I’ve had better. Heck, I’ve had better in Sioux Falls, SD. These ribs were meh. Cole Slaw: This was really good. Could have used some more. Probably not a great sign if I wanted more cole slaw but not another rib. Drink: Water was good. Service: Fairly attentive. I wouldn’t complain. If I went back, I’d go with something like a pulled pork plate and skip the ribs. They had something called Pumpkin Break Pudding that I wish I would have tried. Maybe next time.

I wanted to give this place a shot… and it’s the last time I feel sympathetic towards a place. Nothing was wrong with the service… but nothing was good with it either. The food was bad… go to a chain like outback or something… much better food… same price.(I don’t even think outback or similar places are that good either but it’s better than super dry and tasteless meat and subpar service.)

Spokane is kind of emerging as a «foodie» town. There is not a lot of competition for barbecue. This reflects that dearth. I will preface this in saying that I’ve lived in Texas where barbecue is competitive and an art form. All they do is pork, generic sauce, but not bad. If you crave barbecue, enjoy a family style atmosphere, and hearty portions, you won’t be too unhappy. If you want mind blowingly delicious barbecue, give this a pass.

Best BBQ in the Spokane area. Western style artwork everywhere, buffet style dining or order from the menu. Cowboy food like they served on long cattle drives around the chuck wagon, with amazing service and a bright and friendly atmosphere.

This establishment was chosen by the groom’s family for a rehearsal dinner on Friday before Saturday’s wedding and as there were at least 40 people being fed, they made a very wise choice. Before we ate, there were a number of informal pictures taken of the family groups and while that was occurring, the waitresses took orders for drinks and served them quickly. The restaurant has a large banquet room that easily accommodated the group and it could have held another 30 people without getting overly crowded. As we were in a separate area, we also were fed a private barbecue with all the trimmings. The food was very edible. Not exactly gourmet fare but flavorful and filling. We were able to choose from a variety of salad fixings and at least three dressings. The rolls were plentiful and there was enough butter accompanying them. There were enough ribs for everyone to have at least five or six each as well as some pulled pork and chicken. They had two barbecue sauces to pour over the ribs, one traditional and one tangy. They also had a mound of baked beans to plough through. The baked potatoes were cooked to perfection and the dessert cake was enjoyed by all. The beer and wine were reasonably priced and there were a number of choices. The waitresses worked hard to make sure that we were not waiting for anything and everyone left feeling well satisfied. This is not exactly a restaurant where you would take your date for a romantic dinner, but it is great for family gatherings. Frat parties – yes, engagement dinners-No.

If you like flies galore with your food, then this is the place! Try as I might to believe the mgmt that the fly infestation was recent, I cannot in good conscience believe it. Waving my free arm over my food while trying to cut a steak just doesn’t work. Seriously, flies were everywhere! We witnessed other patrons covering their food and drinks, and one even swatted them with their menu! Once too many had landed on our drinks and food, we couldn’t finish the meal and sent over half of it back. Our complaints equated to a 20% discount, but too little, too late. Never again will we return to ANY Longhorn!

I held a business meeting for a group of 8. We enjoyed good food & great service by Derek. The baby back ribs were good though very chewy. The baked beans were delicious with large hunks of brisket. Others enjoyed their food and we were all satisfied with our experience. The onion ring appetizer was a tower served piping hot and delicious. Beer selection was also very good. I would return again and not order the baby backs. Pork Ribs from my previous visit were much more tender. I need to learn to ask my server if I will need help chewing on the ribs to get the best choice.
