Mail Box Center

After reading the first review, I decided I had to write a review myself since, I have actually been a customer of the Mail Box Center for a few years now. First let me start by saying that upon walking into this place I feel like I am walking into the bar «Cheers» Where everyone knows my name (well actually they know me by my box number) At least one person if not all of them give me an enthusiastic, «Hi!» followed by my box number. Even when they are really busy, for instance during the holiday rush the staff are always very friendly and personable. The best part is they do a great job at keeping my mail and packages safe!
I haven’t had much to do with the owner except a handful of times. The previous reviewer mentioned her being rude, however, my interactions with her have been pleasant. Again I am more familiar with the other staff.
Since the expansion, this center has lots of cute gifts and knick knacks. They provide a multitude of services, including copying keys, fingerprinting services or the TSA pre-​check thing. I would say they are like a fed ex or UPS store only with far better customer service and they offer more services. Plus the mailbox rental here is much cheaper than the UPS store!
