What a great store!!! It’s smaller than others that I have visited and worked at. It is clean and organized.
They have good merchandise and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
It’s a store that I will come back to every time that I am in town.
I found that this store feels very welcoming the moment you step inside.

This was my first time at a Marshalls store. I wasn’t impressed with their shoes/clothes. They didn’t have any shoes in my size (Women’s 5), but that’s nothing new for me at discount stores, but I had hopes. Clothing just wasn’t my style. They did have some good deals on workout clothes, but in the end I just didn’t love it enough to get it. Maybe another time.
Seemed pretty disorganized, but most of these discount stores are. Eh, I don’t know if I’ll be back.

It’s a discounted store, so don’t come in with super high expectations. I think it’s a little nicer than Ross, but not as nice as TJ Maxx. I’m not a huge fan of the clothes or shoes selection. The household items and purses are worth checking out. It’s located next door to Barnes and Noble in Northtown Mall which is nice.

Probably the smallest Marshalls I’ve ever been to. Smaller selection of handbags and shoes than I was hoping for.
I found a cute purse and then noticed there were pen marks on the inside and visible wear and tear on the outside. Can/do they sell used goods!!!

You’re in a discount store, not Nordstrom. Don’t expect anything fancy; don’t expect to be waited on hand and foot. If you want good customer service and a sparkling store, you’ll have a bad time. If you just wanna find some good deals on name-brand clothes you’ll be just fine. I wish they had more dresses and shoes, but the size makes their selection limited. Gotten some incredibly good deals on brands such as Buffalo Jeans for the husband, Jones New York, and Express clothing. He always seems to find more than I do but I’m really picky.

I arrived at Marshalls earlier today when the store was opening. The store was empty and yet there was no customer service. There was a high school unpaid intern straightening the hangers on the racks. She knew nothing about product. No one else was available to answer questions. I came across pans thatw ere my size and took them off the rack and the pants were literally covered with dirt and dust around the bottom. The pants looked more like a well used dust mop that had not been cleaned for awhile, other clothes also had gathered dust. THE FLOOR UNDER THE PANTS RACKS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN PROBABLY WEEKS. I WILL POST PHOTOS IF ALLOWED TO. This was truly disgusting
