I worked with the district manager Joe on Labor Day. He’s a fast talker and makes you feel good. He worked with me well. However, the box spring didn’t fit up my stairs. When I called for split box spring, I was ensured it would arrive two days latter. Guess what, it didn’t arrive and I was sorely disappointed. When I called the store JARED, helped me and told me it was a computer glitch and won’t receive what I ordered for another week. He then went on to «Welcome me» for not charging me extra delivery fees. I’m sorry, but it’s not my fault your computer system sucks. He was demeaning and arrogant. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. Don’t work with JARED if you find yourself in this store. JARED is terrible at what he does and was worthless in apologizing for his mistake and working to make the customer happy. JAREDSUCKS!
