I didn’t live at Prairie Hills for very long but the time I was there was great. To start the apartment was great, the noise level was none existent for me and the apartments are off the beaten path and I loved that. I only had one question I ever asked maintenance and they got back to me within an hour of dropping off my service request. The management team of Alysa, Amy, Krysta were great to work with. They are very professional and personable. Their customer service was great and they really made you feel welcome. If they aren’t busy they make time to chat with you and see how you are doing. I highly recommend renting from Prairie Hills.

I’ve run into some shady rental companies, but these folks are the biggest weasels I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
They will blatantly violate tenant-​landlord laws, lie and deceive. There is a reason the are forced to advertise for renters: they are untrustworthy and unscrupulous.
