I don’t know what these other reviews are even about. I was in this store a few months ago and needed a battery in my divers watch and found out they are the only ones in town that can do it in store. I went around to all the jeweler so and each one of them told us they would have to send it out or go to Precision Time. That’s why I went there. I was able to wait and ask questions while he worked on my watch. There is some comfort that for $ 30 I can get my watch water proof and not worry about getting it wet. Awesome job guys. Sorry some people don’t know the value of your service! Idiots!

In December we bought a Toxic watch from the precision time kiosk in the North Town Mall in Spokane, WA. A mere 8 months later the minute hand fell off. So today 8÷5÷2015 at 12:40 PM we took it back to get it fixed. The rude, snotty, worthless puke behind the counter said it would be $ 11.99 to fix it. After some back and fourth I agreed to that and he said it would be ready by 3:00 PM.
At 3:00 we returned and spoke to another rude human that seemed as we were a bother.
Well hell I just want my watch back that your partner said would be ready.
Not only was it not ready it hadn’t been touched or looked at. And magically the price is now $ 24.99 and would be at least a few more hours.
I am attaching the repair slip that states the cost would be $ 11.99.
In short once my watch is repaired I will not spend another dime with your company, and every person I know from coast to coast will see this…

This company is the worst I’ve ever seen for customer service. So bad I can’t even give it one star but you can’t post a review without selecting one. I bought a watch then two days later wanted to return it. The man called me a scammer and threatened to call mall security because I wanted my money back. When I bought it from him he never had receipts and he would only return it with one.
