To start off, this is one of the few hotels in Spokane that has the jacuzzi tub IN the room for a relatively low rate(I paid $ 115 including tax on a weekday). The tub is big and amazing, one of the best I been in, and trust me I LOVE hotels with jetted tubs so have had my fair share. The room is clean, you can open the window, and the ac works ok(give it about 30 minutes on full power and it will be good). They let me check in a little early as well. So heres the bonus’s: It has a shower AND the jetted tub and for those that dont want the jetted tub in the room, their fitness center, pool, spa and sauna are ALL open 24 hours! Which I absolutely love because I hate the heat so would prefer a night swim. Theres a fridge and microwave and a single cup coffee maker as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a few in walking distance. There is one side of the building with very little cars parked there and not sure if i would«trust» leaving my car in this area. The other side though, seemed much more«busy» so I parked there. Also, rooms aren’t easy to find. I assumed the first floor was the same floor as parking but you actually have to go down stairs to find it. Also the room is set up kinda funny, the tv is on the side of the bed and hard to watch from the Jacuzzi(even though the sides of it turn, its planted down).

am writing to share a story; my story about our stay in the Ramada Hotel on Division St on December 2, 2015. I had written Wyndham hoping they might make our stay right but in my experience Wyndham is too big and doesn’t care about the comfort of their patrons. My husband had to have a heart procedure done and we had to drive a three hour trip one way to Spokane for this procedure. As we do when we have to have surgery, I called several hotels to get a medical rate for staying. In this case I called what used to be a Comfort Inn to get our usual medical discount rate. To my surprise a lovely young woman answered the phone«Ramada.» I am a Wyndham Rewards member and I have stayed in several Ramada’s and have been quite pleased with the comfort and amenities. I asked the young woman if this Ramada had a medical rate and she said yes and quoted me a price that was amenable. She also told me that they had a hot breakfast. When my husband and I arrived and went to check in the young lady at the desk was pleasant but and sent us to a room that we not only had to walk all around the hotel but also down the stairs to a dark and dingy basement, room 123. Did I say we were there for a heart procedure? I had told the young woman when I called. My husband got a head start because I had to get the luggage. When I finally got there, to my shock the door to the room had obviously been kicked in and then put back together with packing tape!!! Unbelievable ANYONE would be put in that room, let alone in the bowels of the catacombs of this Ramada Hotel at 7111 N. Division Street, Spokane, WA. When I tore back up to the front desk after being locked out of the south side of the hotel, to talk to the young woman working there, she was genuinely surprised the room was like that. The housekeeper came along and said to the receptionist, «You didn’t know the room was ‘off-market’»? This receptionist had not been told by whoever the manager was. We were moved to another room, all done. Several factors: 1) Medical issues: Had to walk around the hotel and down a flight of stairs to get to the room. 2) Door to room had been smashed in and was covered with packing tape. 3) Next room we were put in had chipped paint in the room. 4) Could not enter the hotel from another door outside; essentially locked out. 5) No refrigerator or microwave in the room. 6) The hot breakfast was batter for pancakes 7) No manager ever tried to contact us or make it right. 8) Appears I didn’t earn any rewards points that night either. I had been under the notion that the Wyndham Company was in the hospitality business and cared about serving the public with satisfaction. I also understand this hotel was in the process of changing hands. However the management should have informed the receptionist about some of the problems and there should have been some kind of reparation.

My entire household(including our Shih Tzu Brutus) stayed here two nights, Friday and Saturday 11⁄21 and 11⁄22 because of the city wide power outage. We had a wonderful stay! The bed was comfy and the staff was great… wifi was pretty good as well… thanks Ramada!
