Wow they did it again! I love Satori! I had a horrible migraine so I went to Satori for an edible. The budtender LOGAN was awesome, totally helpful and cheerful. I left with a smile, (as usual). Thanks you guys, Y’all ROCK!

Satori has the lowest prices, largest selection, and highest quality, but customer service is an absolute zero. I just spent well over an hour in that store and never had anyone say so much as two words to me. Satori enjoys a monopoly at the moment, but the depths of my loyalty to them is measured in ångström. I cannot wait for some real competition to arise within the marketplace, or at least some new ownership.
In the meantime I am going to explore the competition in the neighboring municipality that I pass through coming home from work. Let’s face it when you are dumping thousands of dollars a year into a business you kinda expect them to appreciate you, not treat you like a dirty dog.
