I called Sears, because I favor the water based cleaning technologies, and that is what they use. The whole experience was great, the guy arrived on time, and had old faithful warmed up within minutes. With each pass on the carpet I could see remarkable improvement, and could hear a cascade of hidden particles that had escaped the vacuum cleaner.
The technician Fro was extremely pleasant and paid duteous attention to all the problem areas. By the time he was done I was asking myself what am I doing in this strange house, it was so clean I couldn’t recognize the place. I can’t think of anything more I could ask for, so I gave the whole operation a 5 star rating.
