I took my iPhone in for repair after the charging port quit working. It was fixed at a very reasonable cost and in two hours! Highly recommend them, especially as opposed to having to make an insurance claim with your cell provider, who will likely con you into having to upgrade.

My Droid Razor M lost it’s ability to read the sim card and often had problems charging… I was still in my cell phone contract and not happy about having to possibly buy another phone. Scott and Chris made it very easy to drop off and quickly fix. Even though the port had to be redone once it was not a problem dealing with them and was taken care of without issue. Great customer service, warranty on parts and labor and reasonable cost to fix. Scott the repair guy saved my bacon… Highly recommend them to all.

This locally-owned business does not hold any pride in their craft at all. I had them fix my broken iPhone, I was told to come back in 2 hours. I came back 2 hours later and they haven’t done my iphone yet because they didn’t have the matching color and they wanted to ask me first before installation, so I agreed for them to use another color. 20 minutes later and out my iPhone came with its new LCD. Paid $ 150 for it. Upon arriving home I’ve noticed the screen that covers the ear speaker is falling off, I tried to fix it myself hoping I’d save myself from having to drive 25 miles back and forth. To no avail. They fixed it for free, after expending my gas mileage and wasting another 40 minutes in the store. In addition, the«new» replacement LCD they installed on my phone has usage marks in the corner. I did not even bother to complain, I’ve spent enough money, gas, and time having them redo their own work, I’ve learned a good lesson. My judgement: Go to ebay first, buy the iphone LCD package for $ 52 and DIY. If you messed up, then go to this store and have them fix it. Trust me, DIY is worth the risk.

Fixed my son’s iphone 3 screen in less than an hour for $ 90. Price is steep, but nobody else here does it, so they have us over a barrel. It looks like new and all seems to be working properly at first departure. :)

So they fixed my iPhone… The only certified place in town, but I had to go back and have the screen replaced a second time because it was defective and they«didn’t notice» the big, black smears sandwiched between the glass and the LCD. I now have to take it back a second time bc the button doesn’t work 75% of the time. Not bad enough? The man that works there was an absolute jerk with no apologies for his bad attitude. Never again. I’ll ship my phone across the state for repairs if I need it again. Booooo.
