I walked in there and was greeted nice enough I guess. But I started to sample liquids and all of the tanks had really old cartimizers, when you started to vape all you got was liquid in your mouth. That was not pleasant. After I made a look that was clearly not happy the desk did nothing to help. I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service and faulty products. What a waste of time and money. Unless you’re looking to get ripped off avoid this place at all costs. Really wish I could put zero stars.

Awesome place. Very convenient location for me personally as I work next door. Always very knowledgable aside from one girl who I try to avoid if I have questions. Bri knows her stuff and all the guys there are friendly and knowledgable. Which surprisingly is vital when you have any issues with your device. Awesome rewards program to earn free fluid. I highly recommend sublime!
