First time getting anything from north face and I’m glad I did, the sales people are not pushy and the guy that helped me knew the products and was able the help me find what I was looking for I will definitely be coming to this location to get more stuff

In answer to the February review, everyone’s experience is different. Everyone’s sizes are different. Maybe our sizes were more common, therefore less of them in-​stock. I got my coat – finally; however, I had to «downsize» what I wanted in terms of style and amount of down in order to receive one at all. I still love the product.

When you shop North Face you get what you pay for. Quality clothing and shoes, great service. Happy to spend $$$ here instead of other places that carry North Face

Who cares about customer service when it comes to getting the items you want when you want them. I stopped in here recently on my way to schweitzer. They had an incredible amount of inventory (better than the REI I went to In Spokane). Prices are identical to online and they have some great people working there. I couldnt believe when I read the bad reviews. C’mon people redo your review Was it really that bad?

My rating has nothing to do with their clothing. I love the quality of the clothes.
What really makes me angry in stores like this is that because I guess I give off the college-student-who-can’t-buy-anything vibe, I get completely ignored. I didn’t get a smile or anything from a single employee until I went to the register to make my purchase then all of the sudden it was smiles and friendly chit chat.
What crappy customer service.

What a disappointment, buy something (wrong size=my fault) go in to get correct size and hear the following; «oh, we don’t have that size, nor do we actually carry that product. It came from an outlet store as we didn’t have enough stock to open with so we got some old stuff» «You could go on-​line and try to find one…» Wow, there is some knock your socks off customer service!!!
