TSA Checkpoint A/B – Spokane International Airport

arrogant and clueless, the absolutely perfect combination. despite the fact that different TSA locations have different rules for TSA pre-​check, the dolts at this location act like you’re the idiot. they walk around and huddle in packs like hyenas waiting for the slightest misstep to pounce… until their next frequent smoke break. i would love to work for TSA just so i could pompously deny people.
1. told me not to take off my shoes with pre-​check (unlike other TSA pre-​checks)
2. told me laptop and iPad had to come out of their cases (unlike other TSA pre-​checks)
3. told me belligerently to NOT remove my belt, which i take off b/​c every single time one of these morons tells me not to, the alarm goes off and they need to check me with the wand. so i’ve learned to remove it and save some time, but that was not good enough for this MENSA member. he was literally yelling at me not to remove my belt so i said «what the hell is the problem? is there something illegal about doing more than i’m supposed to do? why are you wasting your time getting angry about this?» he disregarded that and told my girlfriend that she wasn’t allowed to stand where she was and had to move all of her possessions to a different area to repackage it. i would say avoid this place, but they have you over a barrel and they know it which is why they don’t worry about their idiocy.
