I’m really not certain how twigs here can differ so much from the valley location. Stopped in with hubby and our daughter for happy hour. The fries were mediocre, the fig flatbread was noting to rave about and the drunken donuts did not taste as wonderful here as the valley location. Need to save my money for the valley location as it was worth the travel

Ordered some food to go from this place and it was hot and ready by the time I got there. Twigs won’t ever be my normal stomping ground, my dirty shirt and flipflops seemed out of place next to the cocktail dresses and easy listening music. But hey, the chicken sandwich was decent.

My wife and I have always had a great experience dining at twigs. We’ve always receive great customer service from our servers. My wife likes to order the coulette peppered steak and she always seems happy with it. I order the pork oso bucco and every time they cook it to perfection. I would definitely recommend dining at twigs.

This is just a review for using twigs for their party room. It sucked! Drink orders took 47 min. For the first round and 33 min for the second round.(I have anal friends who time such things) Our party of 38 people had two servers. They were very pleasant and helpful but drinks and food took forever. There was a second party upstairs and they had tables blocking access to the stairs and restrooms. It was also very loud and not suited to any event where you are trying to hear someone talking to your group. I would not recommend this facility for any kind of event. The food and drinks were good but way too expensive for the level of service we received.

Good fries for appetizer, good martini’s too! Good for bringing friends or doing a little fancy date-night on a budget.

I meet a small group of friends here every couple months, for breakfast and to catch up on what’s going on with each other. About six to eight months ago we all agreed some things had changed. Their previously yummy house-roasted breakfast potatoes with onion and rosemary have been replaced by pre-packaged coated potato cubes with the«fancy» added element of their own red and green peppers(thanks but no thanks). Their previously spectacular and huge huckleberry pancakes have shrunk down to about half their previous size(without any price shrinkage) with a much smaller concentration of the berries. I recently ordered a side of fresh fresh fruit from their menu for $ 6 and I LITERALLY received 3 unhulled strawberries and 3 super-thin slices of barely ripe pineapple(and when I say slices I mean two-inch wide quarter-inch thick outer skin-on«slices»). That’s it. Six dollars. I mentioned my dismay to the waitress, who agreed and said she and the other wait staff have all gotten complaints. She said«corporate» decides these things and if I wanted I could leave a comment card. I did but I never heard anything back. Hmmmm… I guess corporate really does want it that way! I will go back to Twigs because it’s where we can go that’s convenient and has a nice quiet place for us. I would never recommend it though. Not anymore.

I was taken here for lunch when I interviewed with the company I now work for. They were extremely helpful, and knew my now-managers by name and what they wanted to order, which showed me they cared about their customers, and that my future managers worked well with restaurant staff. The food was delicious, the man who served us was wonderful, and Twigs is now a favorite of mine!

If your looking for a Fast Food Fine Dining restaurant, come here. We were very disappointed by the quality of the food. Wilted and red lettuce in my ceased salad and over done salmon. One thing that was good, their drinks. Spend your money elsewhere…

Service was good, food was lacking for the price. The calamari was very lemony– too much so. The Moroccan beef was decent, well cooked but such a small portion for the price.

The food was all around great! We had the loaded waffle fries, Moroccan beef, and the pear and beet salad and it was great! The drinks were excellent too! All around a fun, solid, yummy place!

I hate this over priced place that everyone is so excited to go to terrible food and not very big portions!!! I’ll never ever ever go back!!!

Disappointed at best, the omelets where dry and over cooked, the spicy Bloody Mary I had to add hot sauce and pepper just to give it some taste. So disappointing. I would skip this place and hit a local diner.

Well that was an experience. Addendum: I have worked in fine dining restaurants. There is a level of expectation from guests at such places and Twigs is one of them. The manager did eventually comp the meal, which was not what we were looking for. We had the money to pay for our meal, and expected to do so. What we wanted was both an apology and recognition of the complete lack of service. The manager should have been out right away, not as we were about to leave. The staff should have told her manager she wasn’t capable of handling work that day. Everyone has a bad day. But taking it into work and giving it as an excuse is not acceptable. We as a family have dined at several of the Twigs locations, and never before have we felt so completely disrespected. — My family has been going to Twigs for a little over a decade. My in-laws introduced me and I’ve had some pleasant experiences with relatively tasty(if pricy) food. But WOW. Recently my in-laws home burned to ground. They lost everything. A generous group of their friends got them gift certificates to Twigs, and with us in town for Easter we figured it would be a much needed distraction from the fire. Boy were we wrong. We ordered simple cocktails and simple meals. My father in law asked very specifically about if their chef was capable of doing salmon medium rare. The waitress said«yes» and basically disappeared. When the food arrived, his salmon was very well done. It’s easy to burn, hence his question BEFORE the order was placed to check if their chef/cook was able to accommodate the preference. We sent it back, thinking it would be quickly remedied. We were so, so very wrong. Around the time the rest of the table was finishing our meal, the waitress FINALLY came back. He shook his head and said politely, no thank you. Keep in mind that at no point during this time has the waitress communicated with us about the meal, and neither has a manager made an appearance to check in with us either. Now that it was time to pay, the manager finally– after spending a significant amount of time tending to busy work(like wiping down the bar) walked by us. Another few minutes of us waiting for any sort of communication the manager comes by. She asks us about our issues and my father and mother in law begin to explain. The managers response to our frustration wasn’t to apologize, but to accept that we were frustrated and explain that her poor staff member wasn’t fit for duty. That the waitress was having a bad day and that it was affecting her service so we should please forgive her. Lady, my family just lost their home and everything they own. So unless your waitress was having an equally paralleled bad day, I don’t want to know how your staff is suffering from a «bad day» and that’s why she can’t bother to inform you or us in a timely manner of why she can’t handle one little table.

It was pretty nice, food was good, looked better in the menu than the plate though. This was my first time to Twigs, I’ve heard about it from their martini bar regulars and had higher expectations. But my family had a wonderful time and the ambience was sophisticated and relaxed.

We had«King Crab» at the valley location… Notice the quotation marks? That’s because I’ve seen bigger legs on a crawdad. Seriously, I’m not sure where they managed to get hold of such puny things. To be fair, we are used to actual King Crab from Costco… That shit is legit. Anyhoo, then we went to a Paint Night at the place on the South Hill. I went into the bar to buy a couple $ 10 Martinis for the wifey-pooh and myself, and was made to feel like a complete dick for not staying in my area and waiting for the server. The one server, by the way, that was covering the whole event. It was their first though, so I am sure it will be better next time. Overall, Twigs is pretty decent. I just had a couple of experiences that were less than what I expected, so I’m bitching about it… Like a little bitch.

My husband & I came last night for a presentation. We had a limited menu, but our meal was still delicious. We both started with the pecan Caesar salad. There was no skimping on the toppings — mine came with lots of shaved parmesan while his had lots of pecans. I would have loved to have had my salad drenched in that tasty dressing. For our entrée, I had the truffled pasta while my husband had the chicken choice. I had a bite of his chicken since it was served about 10 minutes before my entrée. It was covered in a thick balsamic reduction. My husband likened it to syrup. I enjoyed my pasta once it arrived. The broccolini stems weren’t done to my liking — I prefer my vegetables steamed until they’re almost mush — but I know that’s not uncommon. My husband described them as ‘turgid’. My favorite part of the dish were the mushrooms; they were meaty. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat more than about half of it — the sauce was too rich. We might try Twigs again someday to taste the regular menu.

I would have given four stars but the sodium level kept it at three. Chef: please let people add table salt if they need it. Otherwise our meals were very good with nice presentation. Very nice atmosphere and décor. GREAT waitstaff! I would give their Martinis FIVE stars! Very good and I tried 3 different Martinis! So if you are looking for outstanding Martinis and have a high tolerance for salt, this is your place!

Been here a couple times, perfect for when you’re in the mood for a classy place, martinis and intimate time with someone. I had the sex-tini last night — very good. We shared a blue crab artichoke dip, also good. Service was great too.

We were on vacation here and stopped in to have dinner one night. It was late but the service was still impeccable and the manager sean came by to ensure we received amazing service and made recommendations. I had the huckleberry lemon drop and(admittedly another one) along with the by with gorgonzola fondue and crème brûlée. The server never rushed us and was friendly and attentive. It was an amazing experience for us. Thank you. What was even better was that the bartender came over to ask how the drinks were. I was really pleased by everything and the view was amazing
