Excellent service! I called several companies to deal with a family of racoons living in our chimney. Paul at AWR was very timely in responding and gave several humane options for removal. They also quoted a reasonable estimate on closing up access areas — which I agreed to and they promptly completed. I was very pleased with the service and have already recommended them to friends.

AWR was great to work with. We thought we had a raccoon in the attic, and when we called they were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time, immediately got to work and quickly found the problem. Additionally, they did a home inspection, noted the entry areas and gave a very reasonable estimate on making the needed changes to stop the problem, even showing what we could do ourselves. Their fees are very reasonable and more than competitive other wildlife removal companies. and lastly, they are humane in their approach to the removal, but absolutely determined to get that critter out! I would recommend them to anyone, and plan on using them in the next weeks to implement their suggestions.

Paul was great to talk to he answered all my questions was very honest. He removed a bird from our dryer pipe and repaired it. They also added some vent covers to keep the birds out. I would recommend to anyone.

I’d recommend AWR to anyone who has issues dealing with any kind of pests inside their home. Paul was incredibly friendly, professional, and put me at ease throughout the entire process. His prices were also extremely competitive. He came all the way up to Gainesville from Fredericksburg without upcharging us for travel, which I thought was awesome because that’s a bit of a hike. I’m normally put off by contractors coming into my house. I’m not an experienced homeowner so I often feel like I’m not 100% on what they’re talking about when recommending things that I should do/remedy. This usually leaves me feeling taken advantage of. Paul broke everything down for me in a way that was simple to understand, without making me feel like a total dummy. Just an all around, well run business. I’d highly recommend AWR.

I called a few companies before speaking with Paul but ended up hiring him immediately — his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness was apparent within minutes speaking. He told us he would call the day before to give us a time frame for service, which he did. He showed up on time and handled our issue in a timely manner. Before leaving, he thoroughly explained the next steps to us. Although I hope we don’t have any more pests, if we did, I would work with Paul again in a heartbeat!
